In the heart of the old walled city, enjoy this charming two-room apartment, recently renovated with double glazed windows and shutters. Enjoy the healthy and bright appearance; its layout has been designed to avoid any allergy problem.

The home is located on 2nd floor, in a small four-storey building, close to the shops, a laundromat, restaurants and beaches. The market for Corn Exchange will seduce every Tuesday and Friday for fresh produce.

When evening comes, at 22h, recognize the tone of Noguette! Tinkle ten shots and then a volley; for six centuries, when the time came for the guards to close the gates of the walled city; the chiennetier could then release the dogs on the walls, some say, on the beaches outside the city, others say.

The apartment sleeps two two seats each, can accommodate up to four people.

The flat was all over ok but take in consideration you are in the middle of a very touristic city with noise from bars till small ours of night.
it is good for a young couple - you have to lift your luggage 2 flours and for us (over 60) was not simple.
One very big remark: when is said the apartment has parking i understand a parking place connected but this was not the case. Parking there is purely a chance; you may find....or not.

C'est une location extrêmement agréable dans un quartier vivant et proche de tout. Les attractions touristiques ainsi que les commerces sont au pied de l'immeuble!!! On ne peut espérer mieux...

Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et très discrets.
L'appartement est impeccable et très bien équipé.

Un coup de coeur pour St-Malo

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à St-Malo. Que dis-je? J'ai adoré! Un réel coup de coeur! Grâce à la gentillesse des propriétaires, de l'appartement et de cet endroit magnifique. Nous avons reçus un accueil des plus chaleureux, l'appartement est propre, confortable et bien équipé. En plus, les propriétaires nous fournissent plusieurs cartes et informations très utiles pour rendre encore plus agréable notre séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé, tout est prêt: l'Office de tourisme, l'épicerie, les restos, les boutiques, la mer, la plage, le vent et les mouettes. Il existe un excellent service d'autobus, à 5 minutes, qui nous amène presque partout. Il faut dire que je n'avais pas de voiture et cela ne m'a pas empêché de visiter la région. Qu'attendez-vous? Allez-y sans plus tarder! Bon séjour!

Très agréable séjour.

Un séjour agréable dans cet appartement très propre, le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos. Tout est prévu pour un excellent séjour.
Idéalement situé dans Saint Malo intra-muros, tout est à proximité : les commerces et les restaurants sont au pied de l'immeuble, et la plage à quelques minutes. Pas besoin de voiture.
Le propriétaire est très sympathique et à notre écoute pour nous permettre de passer un bon séjour, que ce soit le linge de maison, les produits d'entretien, ou tout ce qui est nécessaire pour démarrer des vacances, On ne manque vraiment de rien.
Nous reviendrons très probablement si nos pas nous ramènent vers Saint-Malo.

For a breath of fresh air, come and admire the incomparable spectacle of high tides.

Quickly and walk to the beaches of the Netherlands Sablon, mole of Black, Bon Secours and Furrow!

Visit the Furrow for the Thermes Marins spa or gliding (catamarans, windsurfing, yachting, kite).

 The city faces in Dinard, at the mouth of the Rance estuary bounded by the tidal sea side and Dinan, 18 km landward away. To the east, we reached Cancale dreaming to taste oysters, mussels and seafood. Continue another 30 km to Mont Saint-Michel. Several companies offer boat trips in the bay and the Rance.

Take the coastal paths to Dinard or the tip of the Varde, then that of Grouin to Cancale.

A folding drying rack allows drying laundry next to the window that provides light and ventilation. The walls are tiled in the shower or covered with a washable white vinyl coating. The floor is tiled.

The large window overlooks a beautiful restored painted wood listed as a historic monument facade; the plot is restricted traffic. A bedside lamp and alarm clock, wardrobe with drawers, chest of drawers and 4 stools complete the equipment of this room. The second bed is in the living room of 17 m2; Japanese daybed receives a futon cotton and coconut foam 1.40 mx 2 m with duvets and pillows.
