Ideal for retiring from British winters, and conveniently situated 10 minutes on foot from the beach for summer sun seekers, the apartments are well placed in the centre of Torremolinos, whether you want to explore the delights of the night life or of Andalucia, or just want to stay put in the sun on the terrace, by the 3 pools in the extensive communal gardens, or on the beach. A car is not necessary: you are a short train or taxi ride from Malaga airport and you have only to take the lift to the street for the bars, clubs and many good restaurants of the clubbing centre of the Costa del Sol. With a car, you are ideally placed for sight seeing, from the coast to Seville, Cordoba and Granada.

Well appointed and comfortable, with TV, DVD etc, modern kitchens and bathrooms, large sitting rooms with dining area, and good sized terraces with sun-loungers. In the larger apartments, additional shower-room and WC. Hot/cold air conditioning. Safes. Parking is available for hire separately.

On the 2nd floor, with lifts that take you down to the various street levels, this apartment is south west facing so that it gets the afternoon sun on the terrace. There are two sun loungers and a table and 4 chairs on the terrace. The apartment is newly decorated in Andalucian style, with a large sitting room, with 2 sofa-beds and two arm chairs and a dining table and chairs for 4. There is hot and cold air conditioning throughout. Freeview satellite TV and a DVD, video and CD player. Safe. It sleeps 2 in the double bedroom (with ample wardrobe space) and 2 on the sofa beds, one in an area (with wardrobe space) at the back of the sitting room that can be curtained off for privacy. There is a full bathroom (with shower over), and a separate shower-room both with WC. There is a small but new and fully equipped kitchen with 2 ring hob, combination microwave/fan oven/grill, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a washing machine. Parking is available for hire separately.

we had a lovely stay in a beautiful apartment in the city center, directly overlooking the most famous place of Torremolinos.
the apartment was clean, well equipped and fully air conditioned.
The residence and the swimming pools are very safe.
the Owner made ??us welcome and he was very available for any other services.
I highly recommend this apartment for a couple with one or two children even without a car.

Apartment clean with air conditioning and sky t.v. Pool area good with adequate loungers although pool bars no longer in use.
It is also very handy for the train service and in a central location.
However the apartment blocks and area are now tired and in need of renovation.
Local taxis to airport 17 euros.
Owner's Response: Thanks for your feedback. The pool bars do not open until 1 July. I have entirely refurbished the apartment and the Community has refurbished the insides of the development and the electrics internally and externally as part of an ongoing program of works which will include the external facades, though they are trying to do the works discreetly so that they do not cause inconvenience.... we have taken this into account in our pricing, and I am sure that you will agree it is very good value for the size and quality of apartment...and its proximity to all amenties...

What a wonderful holiday! The apartment was just as described and right in the centre of town. it was extremely well equipped and very comfortable. The grounds were well kept and the pools were perfect. Trish was lovely and we have absolutely no complaints.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

I was in 203 recently. It has everything we needed, and the free sky TV and 200 free DVDs a real bonus! Just to clarify, there is no meter for the air con, it's free! We went to Malaga and Seville for visits, and its really handy being close to the station

In a great position, right in the centre of Torremolinos lots of restaurants, bars,train station only metres away, and bus station only short walk away. lovely pools ( 2), pool areas and pools clean, with sunloungers.The smaller pool is really good for kids as is has a baby's pool, which was well used.
The apartment was clean, a lovely apartment, everything as described, except -a change from 2007 was that there is now a meter for air conditioning, but we loved the apartment and are repeat customers, and will go to the apartment in future. Torremolinos is nothing like the place from the 1970,s,it is a lovely resort. We have twice had a lovely holiday here, and hope to come many times again,

Now a major destination for the Spanish, with the building of the rail link from Madrid, Torremolinos is well suited for beach holidays, night-life and tourism. Even though it is in the centre of the town, the Nogalera development has extensive communal grounds built over the roads and shops, with three pools including one for children. The streets teem with restaurants, bars, and clubs. The beach is just a short walk, with all the usual activities, and there are water parks and wildlife parks nearby. A short journey by train brings you to Malaga with its Picasso Museum, Cathedral and ancient forts. With a car you can eat in the restaurants in the delightful small port of Cabo Pino, or the grander Puerto Banus.

Or go up into the hills to the pretty towns of Benalmadena Pueblo or Mijas, with its donkey taxis, or take in some of the white washed hill villages, or venture further afield to visit the sights at the historically important cities of Granada, Cordoba and Seville.
