Ideal for retiring from British winters, and conveniently situated 10 minutes on foot from the beach for summer sun seekers, the apartments are well placed in the centre of Torremolinos, whether you want to explore the delights of the night life or of Andalucia, or just want to stay put in the sun on the terrace, by the 3 pools in the extensive communal gardens, or on the beach. A car is not necessary: you are a short train or taxi ride from Malaga airport and you have only to take the lift to the street for the bars, clubs and many good restaurants of the clubbing centre of the Costa del Sol. With a car, you are ideally placed for sight seeing, from the coast to Seville, Cordoba and Granada.

Well appointed and comfortable, with TV, DVD etc, modern kitchens and bathrooms, large sitting rooms with dining area, and good sized terraces with sun-loungers. In the larger apartments, additional shower-room and WC. Hot/cold air conditioning. Safes. Parking is available for hire separately.

All apartments are very well equipped, and include Wi-Fi broadband and Internet TV, UK and other countries.

On the 7th floor, with lifts to all floors and down to the garden and street levels, this apartment is south west facing so that it gets the afternoon sun on the terrace. There are two sun loungers and a table and 4 chairs on the terrace. The apartment is decorated in Andalucian style, with a large sitting room, with sofa, sofa-bed and two arm chairs and a dining table and chairs for 4. There is Freeview satellite TV and a DVD, video and CD player. It sleeps 2 in the double bedroom (with ample wardrobe space and hot and cold air-conditioning) and 2 on the sofa bed in an area (with wardrobe space) at the back of the sitting room that can be curtained off for privacy. Safe. Newly refurbished, there is a full bathroom (with shower over), and a separate shower-room both with WC. There is a small but fully equipped kitchen, with two halogen rings, oven with grill, and a microwave. There is a tall fridge freezer, and a washing machine. Wi-Fi broadband included and Internet TV (UK +)

This place is in a fantastic location right in the heart of San Miguel square. Your surrounded by the buzz and hype yet only a 10 minute walk down to the beach. The apartment truly is home from home, all the little luxuries have been thought of - iPod docking station, full kitchen utensils, satellite tv and DVDs. The apartment was immaculate with fresh bedding and the most fluffy towels. I would definitely recommend it, we're actually booked to go back again. The English owner comes to greet you and settles you in. Make sure you visit Katmandhu the Indian restaurant opposite it's great food. So much to love abut this spacious apartment, it's definitely one of the best we've stayed in.

Really enjoyed this apartment it was like being home from home all the comforts sky free to air channels, dvd, video even had a collection of books for you to read. Kitchen was well equipped though fairly tight only one person able to move around in there at a time, washing machine and air conditioning which was a god send as it was mid to high 30's while we were there being on the 10th floor had a great view of garden and side view of square although lifts are slow to bring you back down to reception area. Train station straight in front of apartments so would not bother with taxi to or from airport as it is only accross the road from airport. Found supermarkets very cheap for food thought restaurants were very expensive in torremolinos where as you could get a 2 course meal in fungerolie for €10 you would pay on average €18 - €22 for a main course only in torremolinos and would still be hungry afterwards. Thought security in apartment blocks was very good given a key to get in through gates and there was a security man on duty at night also pool area very clean had a swipe card to get into area and there was a life guard on duty from 11am - 7pm every day. Overall would definitely stay in this apartment again trish the owner was very helpful met us on arrival at train station and showed us apartment as said at the start it was like being home from home

MYSELF, MY PARTNER & 2 KIDS (AGED 13 & 11) STAYED IN THIS APARTMENT FROM THE 7th AUG - 17th AUG 2011 & IT WAS PERFECT FOR US, THE LOCATION IS BRILLIANT! RIGHT AT THE MAIN SQUARE (WHERE THE TRAIN STATION IS & BURGERKING) & THERE WAS ALWAYS SOMETHING GOING ON AT NIGHT IN THE SQUARE & ONLY A 5-10MINUTE WALK DOWN THE STAIRS TO THE BEACH (THERE'S A LIFT BACK UP FOR 50CENTS IF YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE HALF KILLING YOURSELF, LOL, BECAUSE THEY ARE STEEP), THE POOLS ARE WELL MAINTAINED & THE POOLSIDE BARS ARE REALLY CHEAP FOR DRINKS & SNACKS (1.20EUR FOR A SAN MIGUEL OR CAN OF COKE, 50CENTS FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER, HOTDOG FOR A EURO). THESE APARTMENTS ARE IN A PERFECT POSITION FOR NEARLY EVERYTHING, BARS & NIGHTCLUBS LITERALLY UNDERNEATH THEM, SUPERMARKETS FOR YOUR BREAD & MILK, ETC. WITHIN A COUPLE OF MINUTES, AQUALAND & CROCODILE PARK 10-15mins WALK, THE TRAIN IS ONLY 10mins FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE APARTMENTS & ONLY COSTS 1.55EURO EACH, IF LIKE ME YOU'RE A NERVOUS PASSENGER IN TAXIS. THE LADY TRISH WHO MET WITH US OUTSIDE THE TRAIN STATION ON OUR ARRIVAL WAS LOVELY & SHOWED US TO OUR APARTMENT & HOW TO WORK THE SAFE, W/Mc etc. THE WASHING M/c WAS A GODSEND & THE STUFF DRIED WITHIN AN HOUR ON THE CLOTHES HORSE ON THE BALCONY. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS & LOOK FORWARD TO GOING BACK OURSELVES NEXT YEAR.

Now renewed as a major destination for the Spanish, with the building of the 'Ave' high speed rail link from Madrid, Torremolinos is well suited for beach holidays, night-life and tourism.

Even though it is in the centre of the town, and therefore very convenient for all facilities, the Nogalera development's innovative design means that the apartments are above extensive private communal grounds, suspended over the roads and shops, with gardens and three pools including one for children.

Whist sunbathing and relaxing there, you will be unaware of the streets below, teeming with restaurants, bars, and clubs; but the private lifts take you there in a moment. Just a short walk, via steps or lifts, and the beaches have all the usual activities, and there are water parks and wildlife parks nearby.

A short journey by train brings you to Malaga with its Picasso Museum, Cathedral and ancient forts. With a car you can eat in the restaurants in the delightful small port of Cabo Pino, or the grander Puerto Banus.

Or go up into the hills to explore the pretty towns of Benalmadena Pueblo or Mijas, with its donkey taxis, or take in some of the white-washed hill villages, or venture further afield to visit the sights at the historically important cities of Granada, Cordoba and Seville.
