Beachfront condo on Florida's Sun coast! Five miles south of Clear water Beach, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium is on the 3rd floor of a six-story building. 'Reef Club' unit #203 has a balcony accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom and overlooks the heated pool, hot tub and Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beaches. Our condo is beautifully decorated with Florida décor. Very clean and well-kept. Newly remodelled bathrooms.
King-size bed in master bedroom, two twins and one full bed in 2nd bedroom and two twins in 3rd bedroom. Porta-Crib and booster seat available with prior notice.
Disney World is only 1½-2 hours. Busch Gardens is a 30-40 minute drive, 30 miles from Tampa International Airport (TPA). 20 miles from Clear water-St. Pete Airport (PIE).
Activities: Cool feature: Sun Coast Trolley will take you from St. Pete Beach to Sand Key (Clearwater) daily with unlimited stops for one price! Swimming, fishing, skiing, boating, para-sailing, jet-ski. Packed sand is great for jogging or walking on the beach! Great Seafood! Many wonderful restaurants! Shopping at John's Pass! Many attractions! 90 minutes to Disney, Seaworld, and all of the attractions that are in Orlando and Kissimmee!

CRABBY BILL'S - Seafood - great prices, family atmosphere; SHELL'S - Seafood - really good. Try Smoked Fish Spread appetizer; THE PUB - down the street. Dine at the outside bar evenings and watch the Intracoastal. Don't miss TJ's PIZZA and PJ's on Walsingham.
Amenities: Heated freshwater pool, hot tub, tennis court, beach volleyball net set-up, BBQ grills. There is sometimes a volleyball in our toy closet.
Unit is approximately 1300 sq. ft., air conditioning, ceiling fans in LR and all bedrooms, wet bar, washer/dryer in unit, 3 cable TVs including Flat Screen LED 46', Blu-Ray player, telephone for local calls, games, linens, private sheltered parking, two elevators, ceramic tile floors.
Full kitchen including dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, self-clean oven microwave, all dishes, utensils. Small appliances including coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, toaster oven, mixer, blenders for smoothies, frosties, Pina' Colada's or Marquerita's!
We have awesomely comfortable bedding and terrific water pressure.
The view at night is outstanding - the pool and hot tub lights are mesmerizing and the lighted palms sway graciously in the breeze. Listen to the surf lull you to sleep!
