This cosy villa approved as 3 bedroom tourist residence by Tourism Authority, is located in the popular beach village of Trou Aux Biches, on the North-West coast of Mauritius The villa itself lies within a complex comprising a number of completely detached bungalows, with a spacious landscaped common garden featuring a swimming pool and tennis court, a wide variety of shrubs as well as coconut palms and other tropical trees. The spacious living area includes an open plan dining room and comfortable lounge with TVDVD. The kitchen adjoins the dining room and is well furnished with equipment and utensils for autonomous self-catering. The three air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the first floor. The ground floor front terrace has full wheel-chair access and leads into the garden. The terrace is perfect setting for outdoor dining BBQ! You can also have your grills and barbecue by the pool side in the warm Mauritian evenings. Security is maintained by personnel in the whole complex 24h

Trou Aux Biches is a famous tourist village situated on the North-West coast. The entrance of our holiday complex is on that road. Traversing the road, a wide access leads to the beach only 150 meters away. Bus stops are 50 meters from the complex20and buses run every quarter hour for a pleasant ride hugging the marvellous beaches to the many supermarkets and shopping arcades on the coast. Buses run inland as well to the capital city, Port-louis, and to the other towns where you can visit the famous tourist places. You can also take advantage of the variety of water sports activities available in Trou Aux Biches and nearby coastal resorts. A tour operator with sufficient vehicles and personnel is recommended to our guests for their excursions. Tours have been planned to cover the whole island in 4 days allowing sufficient time for visiting tourist spots. Guests should email the owner giving their flight numbers and their arrival to and departure times from the bungalow. These times are flexible and every effort will be made to ensure the accommodation is available to them to suit those times. The public beach of Trou aux Biches has a coast guard station which ensures enhanced security to tourists enjoying themselves in the sheltered lagoon. A horse riding station and an aquarium are only a few kms from the Complex. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance including Popo supermarket which is a favourite for tourists

    The rates vary according to the season and are set out clearly elsewhere on the site. A deposit of 40 per cent of the amount for the duration of stay should be paid to confirm a booking. Mode of payment will be advised to the person booking accommodation. Payment in British pounds or US Dollar equivalent to the amount in Euros is accepted. Rates include electricity and water charges plus the services of a maid for indoor cleaning . Also included in the rates is watch keeping and outdoor cleaning. Replacement of empty gas cylinders will be at no charge. Bed linen will be washed and ironed free. Extras for cooking of meals and ironing personal clothing to be negotiated with maid. A telephone is available in the bungalow for receiving incoming calls only. A high speed modem is available on request to connect your laptop to the internet 24 hours.

  • There are two bath rooms of comfortable size, one on ground floor and the other upstairs. Each one is fitted to accommodate a wash basin with hot cold water, a toilet and a glazed partition with sliding door giving access to the shower area. A gas heater is provided in each bathroom in addition to hot water from the solar heater. Guests can choose the heater they prefer. Good water pressure is always maintained by an automatic electric pump in the water line. Both bathrooms have a power socket for electric shavers. A hair dryer is also available. IMPORTANT: To adapt to the American standard, we have converted the European bathroom information.
