If you need to escape the sun’s rays, the spacious lanai provides plenty of cover & has a ceiling fan for extra cooling. This is a fabulous place to enjoy an al fresco lunch or dinner.
Enjoy the far-reaching views over Conservation Wetlands - you will feel a million miles away from the hustle & bustle of the theme parks and shopping malls, with no rear neighbours to disturb your outdoor living enjoyment.
In the evening, garden and pool lighting create a special ambience whilst dining outside or enjoying a late night swim or wind-down session in the spa.
Luxurious Saltwater Pool and Spa:
Our fabulous saltwater pool and spa is a natural alternative to 'pool chlorine' chemicals. It offers our guests the luxury and the natural healthy benefits of swimming in crystal clear, mild salt water (only half as salty as your own tear drops). No more red eyes, green hair or irritated eyes or skin. It is environmentally positive and ecologically sound - most or all of the regular chemicals dumped into pools eventually end up polluting our environment in one way or another. This system uses only pure, natural salt - and recycles that salt continuously.

With 'Sandpipers', we have carefully chosen a unique property and equipped it with the aim or providing a true sanctuary to return to after the hustle and bustle of the Theme Parks, or a tiring day golfing or shopping. You will have noted that 'Sandpipers' is not a budget property. We continually reinvest in upgrades and maintenance to ensure the best possible vacation experience to our guests. As English owners we visit at least 3 times a year to ensure that our very high standards are being upheld.
