A lovely spacious 2 bed apartment sleeping upto 5 people. A large lounge that is well furnished and satellite TV, sliding doors opening onto a large terrrace overlooking the harbour of Los Cristianos. A well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, 2 double bedrooms, one with double bed & sliding doors opening onto the terrace with ensuite facilities & wardrobe closet. The 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe & plenty of drawer space. Another large bathroom with bath/shower facilities. The apartment is ideally situated on the Port Royale complex, a quiet beautifully kept complex with large swimming pool & sun area, sun lounges and umbrellas. There is an Italian restaurant on site & also laundry facilities. A good supermarket is nearby and the centre of Los Cristianos and beach only a 15 min. walk away. Port Royale has the advantage of being near a lovely harbour town but away from the day to day bustle, making it a quiet location for you to enjoy. Free late check out time available.

Myself and friend stayed at this lovely 2 bedroom apartment for over 3 weeks and were very happy on arrival. Very clean and spacious with a recently new fitted kitchen with all amenities plus a washing machine. I had the very comfortable double room with shower, wc ensuite. My friend had a large twin bedded room with the use of a bathroom/shower. The large balcony has a lovely view of Los Cristianos with a walkway to the quiet swimming pool area where there are plenty of sunbeds. We used the Italian Restaurant on site which has a daily offer which includes a free bottle of wine. Exceptional value. Would highly recommend the apartment and complex so much that we have book 3 weeks again for Feb/March 2015. The owner was very helpful when arranging the booking.
A new kitchen has been installed, with new appliances. Everything absolutely excellent.The rooms were well cleaned and everything described by the owner is correct.If you are arriving in the dark first time take a torch as the security arrangements for access to the property are difficult to see. The hill is a bit steep for some of us, but four euros for a taxi up is well worth it. A smashing place go for it!
This was our first holiday to Tenerife, and being away for new year. From initial inquiry until departure everything ran perfectly. Sue was very accommodating and helpful. Directions and map of resort was posted before we left and was very useful. Plenty of parking outside the villas. Accommodation was very clean, plentiful room for four and having two bathrooms was brilliant. Nice kitchen which was clean and a sitting area. Outside is a balcony area of which you can see the ocean. Lovely clean complex, large pool with gated access. Yes the complex is at the top of a hill but only a few minutes walk down hill to an ample sized supermarket, numerous restaurants on the walk down our favourite was Taurus . All in all we were very impressed by the villa and complex, and surrounding facilities, shop etc. we would definitely return, and a fantastic place to spend new year. Fantastic thank you.
Would recommend this quiet and clean property with everything you could possibly need. The owner was friendly and helpful with excellent communication. We stayed for 2 weeks with our three children who loved it. We had plenty of space and the apartment suited our needs perfectly. Large balcony which was in the sun most of the day. Pool had plenty of sun loungers and we never had a problem getting one. Lots of good restaurants just down the hill from the apartment and shop just a short distance away. Taxis were cheap and readily available just little walk down the hill from the apartment. Loved the apartment and wouldn't hesitate to come back again.
Good clean and roomy apartment with ideal facilities for self catering. Location great for quiet and relaxation and of course, spectacular views over Los Cristianos. Also close enough to some good local restaurants, bars and supermarkets (5-10 minutes walk) without having to go to the centre of the resort. It is at the top of a hill but we found this to be manageable, and taxis are everywhere and very reasonable. For 4 of us having 2 bathrooms was ideal. Los Cristianos is a lovely town with a Spanish feel to it. Would recommend the long but lovely walk along the front from Los Cristianos to Las Americas, with a couple of beer stops or some shopping along the way of course! Port Royale is on the edge of the fishing harbour town of Los Cristianos situated 15 mins. drive from Tenerife South Airport, which has good shops and a wide range of restaurants to accommodate every one's taste and pocket. There is an excellent standard of cuisine throughout (recommendations are noted in the apartment). Plenty of lovely safe beaches with many water sports available. There is a wealth of places to visit, all easily accessible by car, bus or by foot. There are about 5 golf courses nearby (details in the apartment)

If possible late check out time from the apartment on your departure date is included in the price, allowing you to stay in the apartment until you are ready to leave for the airport, an added bonus to the end of your holiday.
