Small house in a fenced property, separated from the house of the owners. Quiet, relaxing, you will appreciate its large terrace, its green area and its beauty. All 3 rooms are wood-panelled, embellished with wonderful bright colours. Perfect for holidays in our beautiful city of Dax or also for people having hydrotherapy in the renowned thermal baths of Dax. this house, just finished in June 2008, has met a notable success among holidaymakers who have not missed to write notes on our "Guest book". The months of July and August are reserved in priority for holidaymakers. For people having hydrotherapy, we have a 3 week stay package. Electric heater. Taxes are included in the price. No additional tourist tax.

Holidaymakers: 300 euros per week except July and August, 450 euros per week for July and August. We ask for a 25-deposit at the booking, the balance at the arrival day
