Coralita is a spectacular ocean front property located on the beautiful west coast of the island at Prospect, St James, just south of Sandy Lane, and close to the soon to be Four Seasons Resort on Paradise Beach.

This fantastic property sits on a small cliff. It is built on three

levels; each level is a separate apartment with its own entrance.

The first two levels offering 2, 2 bed roomed apartments and the bottom offering a 1 bedroom.

Each apartment is furnished to the highest specification and has its own private balcony offering stunning views of the ocean where you can watch turtles swim by. Outside there is a decked

area with sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing. Private steps lead down to the beautiful clear waters of

the Caribbean. This truly is an ocean front property.

This is a no smoking property and there is a housekeeper 5 days a week.

Apartment 1 is approached via some steps and leads directly on to the beach via a private staircase. The superbly designed bedroom has great views of the beach and sea and leads out onto a small private terrace area. The main living room is large and superbly furnished with colonial style furniture this room also leads out onto the terrace area. There is a small dressing room that leads through to the beautifully presented bathroom. The stylish Kitchen is extremely well equipped with all the latest appliances. The dinning area is on the terrace and this leads in turn to a decked area perfect for sunbathing and there is also a small BBQ. For this property the sea is literally on your door step. There is also a hairdryer and a safe. Maid service 5 days a week.

Just Perfect !

This was our first trip to Barbados and after our amazing stay at Coralita it wont be our last!

Stunning location with the most beautiful views, the apartment was quite simply perfect with everything you could possible need for a relaxing holiday .

We slept soundly in a beautiful comfy bed with crisp freshly laundered sheets ,and the sound of the waves lapping below our window ....heaven !

The kitchen is well equipped with everything we could possibly have needed including a cool bag for trips down to the beach nearby., detergents and dishwasher tablets are provided too.

The apartment is spotless thanks to the attentive house keeper Sandra who is a lovely very helpful lady and was always on hand to help us with any information about the island.

All in all we couldnt fault it ...the only downside was we should have booked a longer trip !! Thank you so much we will be back again

Absentee Landlords ccan be a problem.

On our first trip to Barbados we stayed a three differnt locations to assess the island. Coralita was the most expensive but we were disappointed in the quality of the furniture. The chairs and sofa were uncomfortable and the matress on the bed was cheap and you sunk to the boards if you sat on it. What a suprise when we found no coffee perculator, something that even the seediest motel in Canada whould provide.

On the positive side the location is superb, Sandra was wonderful it felt secure. U-drives were recommended but we found that using taxis (always available) saved us a lot of money and we explored the whole island. By adding a new matress and a coffee perculator it would be 5 star.

Owner's Response: This is the first negative feedback we have received for Coralita. All feedback is important to us and we will take onboard all your comments.I am very sorry you felt that the mattress and chairs were not comfortable. The mattress was not cheap but will be dealt with immediately if now faulty. We provide a cafetiere in each apartment which does the same job as a perculator. This has never been an issue and most guests are impressed with the kitchen equipment provided. I am pleased you enjoyed your overall stay and loved the location as it is quite special.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views

The apartment is sea side out of the three, we chose this one as its the smallest so suits the two of us. Being sea side means that a swim before breakfast is seriously no effort at all. its lovely to watch the Catamarans coming in at lunch time into the bay as they its the best place to be for a real sheltered swim. Sandra the maid is second to none and you could literally eat you're meal off the floor its so clean, every pot and pan is washed before you arrive so everything is immaculate..would recommend this place to anyone staying in Barbados, close enough to everything and everyone you talk envy's where you are staying for the views it brings..the bus stop is just outside and for just 2 BDS you can travel anywhere up the whole of the west coast...even did the shopping without a txi or car.. love this place and will be back !!!

Paradise

We arrived a bit late after a harrowing flight. What a pleasure to be greeted by Sandra, who was like an old friend within minutes! She is a real asset. Apt 1 is absolutely charming. It is as advertised. The kitchenette is small but fully stocked and grocery stores close by. I'd recommend a car but you could get by without one. Another Air conditioner in the lounge would make the place perfect. Sandra keeps it up very well, plenty of clean towels every day - be nice to her! I highly recommend Coralita 1as a terrific getaway for two.

On arrival received a wonderful welcome by house maid Sandra, then was blown away by the breath taking sunset view from the balcony...Wow...

The apartment facilities were excellent, everything you need for a self catering holiday within arms reach with local amenities very close by.

Bus Stops literately outside the apartment which is handy for travelling around the island. Batts Rock Beach is very close by and you can even swim to it.

On the whole, a very enjoyable holiday, will definitely come again...

Coralita apartment 1

As this was our first trip to Barbados we stayed in three different apartments in different areas of the island, to get a good overall picture. Our stay here on the mid west coast was very pleasant as the apartment was so well set up for a couple. It was furnished comfortably in modern dark cane and wood with good quality white bed -linen. The small kitchen area was well equipped and like detergent and basic condiments etc. were supplied. Thoughtful touches like this, and a large supply of clean towels to which we were invited to help ourselves made all the difference. At this point I should mention Sandra the unobtrusive but attentive housekeeper who lived up to her recommendation.

Although on the busy main road along the west coast, we were low down at the front of the building and the sound of waves against the rocks below obscured any traffic noise. We were told by the owner when booking that the water level would be high at this time and the small beach down the stairs may be under water and this was the case. There is a lovely quiet beach just a short walk away and a handy petrol station with mini mart. The nearby "Il Tempio" restaurant has very good Italian food at a fraction of the price of some others.

We would certainly consider staying in this apartment next time.

Coralita has direct and private access to one of the longest and least busy beaches in the area, considered by the locals as probably one of the best on the island. However the size of the beach can not be guaranteed and it may disappear totally during the winter months. All Types of water sports can be brought directly to your door.

For golf enthusiasts the famous Sandy Lane and Westmoorland are only a 10 min drive away and tennis is available at Suga Suga spa and resort. The nearest Diving centre is a 5min drive north and horse racing, polo and the new Kensington Oval cricket ground are all within a 10 min drive.

Choosing where to eat is never easy especially when surrounded by what are considered to be some of the best restaurants in the world including the Cliff, only 5 mins by car. Some are in walking distance.
