Solar heated swimming pool, 12x5m, with view on the islands

Very quiet environment and magnificent view on the island of Porquerolles. Large solar heated pool of 12x5m, fenced, with alarms, large patio and grass in front of the house. Fenced garden, situated in the foothills. Village at 3 km.

International 18 holes golf course of Valcros at 7 km.

Air conditioned bedrooms with mosquito screens. The five bedrooms are situated in 3 different parts of the house, which makes it ideal for 2 couples of friends with children, or grand-parents, parents and grandchildren because everyone has its own privacy. Two US fridges, wine fridge, complete kitchenware and glassware. Linen provided (kitchen, towels and sheets). High chair for baby and cot available on request.

For rent only in summer, and PER FORTNIGHT. Possibility to rent from Friday to Friday beginning of season and from Sunday to Sunday end of season (to see with owner).

Books, games, CD, DVD, 3 televisions, internet Ethernet with plugs everywhere in the house + WiFi.

Armchairs around the swimming pool, with cushions, parasols.

Upon request, a CD can be sent with the photographs of the house.
