This villa is in a quiet, secure safe area, 10 metres from communal pool, and within walking distance of numerous blue flag beaches, and the bustling marina. The quaint town square of Torre is just a few short minutes stroll, where one can relax and soak up the Spanish way of life. All conveniences are at hand: supermarket, restaurants etc. If one is after a more active holiday, there are many golf courses within a ten minute drive.

This villa is set in a quiet village, Torre de la Horadada. This is conveniently situated 10 min from Murcia airport, and 45 min from Alicante airport. Although a typical quiet Spanish village, for those seeking a lively nightlife, the bustling town of Torrevieja is only 10 min away. That said you will find numerous Italian, Chinese and Spanish restaurants within walking distance as is the case with local bars. The province of Murcia is only 2 km away, with its numerous typical Spanish towns, boasting fantastic shops, restaurants and daily markets. Also close by is the famous Mar Menor, a protected site, renowned for its natural healing waters and home to the La Manga Resort. The area is also well served by banks, medical centres, supermarkets and hypermarkets.

    Any cancellations within six weeks of start of holiday will only be refunded if another booking can be found in its place and at discretion of owner. IF NO SUBSTITUTE BOOKING IS FOUND, NO REFUND CAN BE GIVEN.
    Private holiday insurance is essential for every booking.
    On arrival ,a breakages deposit of £200 is required, which is refunded on departure, (Provided no breakages!)

Beaches: The coastline is a haven for beautiful blue-flag beaches, which means they are the cleanest and best maintained. There are a number of these within walking distance.

Outside: There is a solarium, with table, chairs and umbrella, and sunloungers. On the patio, there is a large dining patio table and chairs.

Golf: Within easy access to at least 5 Championship grade golf courses, such as La Finca at Algorfe. The most famous is Villamartin, where a European major was held, then there is Campoamor where the fairways resemble Augusta, Las Ramblas is a tight tricky little course where position play comes into its own and there is las Quesada which is very Spanish and has a great clubhouse. These are all within 20 min drive, and of course you have the famous La manga within a 30 min drive.
