Villa with 8 rooms (+ bathrooms), currently under construction. 280m2, 220m2 of which is living space. Situated in the countryside, beside a housing estate, just 300m from the shops. Available to rent from the end of April 2009. Private, heated pool (10x5m) with a depth of 120 - 180cm. We have applied for a holiday award of level 4 or 5. Disabled access. Ground floor: 62m2 living room / open plan kitchen with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms with en suites, + a separate shower room and WC with disabled facilities. First floor: 4 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC, 1 45m2 games room with snooker table and other games. The under-floor heating system uses geothermal technology. The villa sits on 1500m2 of enclosed land and has a double garage w/ electric door, electric gate, 150m2 of south-west facing decking + patio, boules pitch, garden furniture, barbeque and deckchairs. Location: 5 miles from the beach, 5 miles from Respordon train station, 13 miles from Quimper Pluguffa airport.
