Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Cleaning fee not included
  • The rates are indicated for the whole rental and for the maximum number of 8 people. Included in the linen rental (sheets, bathroom linen and house linen) and the final cleaning. You must pay the tourist tax in addition (0, 40 Euros per day and per people), the electric over consumption according to the meter (you can use 8 KWh per day; you must to pay the additional charge). If you wish, we provide a tray of wood for 12 Euros and at the end of the stay you can choose the option of the cleaning for 50 Euros. A deposit of 200 Euros upon booking is necessary (it means when we receive the signed contract), the balance is due at the arrival. A 300 Euros security deposit is required and refunded at the end of your stay.
  • From Saturday 4 p. m. to the next Saturday 10 a. m. During the very high season, weekly rental. The weekends begin the Friday 4 p. m. until the Sunday 6 p. m. and the rate is 350 Euros and the additional night costs 100 Euros.
  • Contractual booking deposit: 25% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR300.00

  • The bathroom of the ground floor has a "countryside" spirit decoration with its nostalgic style bath and its pedestal sink. The shower room at the first floor has a large shower and a teak bathroom unit with two basins. Each one of these two rooms is equipped with an electric towel rail and the bathroom linen is provided. Two toilets (one at the first floor, another one on the ground floor) are separated from the bathrooms.

Notes: The kitchen, in addition to the classical house-hold appliances (combined refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electrical oven and hob) is very well equipped (coffee maker, toaster, electric juice extractor, raclette-grill, electric fondue appliances, electric mincer etc.) For the evenings, in addition to the television and the DVD player, a lot of board games are provided (chess, Scrabble...) and at the first floor, a second living room, with bookcase, has been equipped where you can choose books or magazines as you want.

Delightful and comfortable gite

My family and I had a great holiday at the owner's gite. On the positive side it was clean, well maintained, well equipped and comfortable and the information on the website was accurate. The owner is very welcoming, helpful, efficient and pleasant. A lot of information on the locality and activities in the area, as well as essential details of emergency contacts is provided.

On the negative side..... we found the house to be cold - there are electric radiators throughout the gite but there is a relatively small daily allocation of electric and over this allocation you are paying for the additional usage. It is therefore quite expensive to heat the house if the weather is cold. We did also make use of the open fire which was a welcome addition. The owner will provide logs at a reasonable rate.

You definitely need a car - the nearest grocery shop is 10mins drive away. Similarly there are no bars, bakery or restaurants within walking distrance.

We had a wonderful stay in the gite. There were 8 of us, two families, but the house was very spacious, it also had a huge garden around. . It was beautifully furnished and really well equiped. The location is perfect! We had lovely long walks around the village. The owners of the house were very nice and made us feel really welcome. Whenever we needed something, they were there to help! I do reccommend this place if you want to have some peace and quiet and relax.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
