Cosy farmhouse created from a former hayloft perfect for hot summer days by the pool or cold autumn nights by the fire. This beautiful property is in one of the most prestigious areas of the Chiantis. The outside area is divided into two levels. On the upper level, there is a restored loggia in front of the house and a manicured lawn equipped with tables, chairs and a stone barbecue, all with a panoramic view of the surrounding hills. On the lower level, there is a swimming pool (5x10) and covered gazebo bordered by hedges and flowers, allowing for very private sunbathing and swimming and lunches or breakfasts shaded from the sun. The house is reached by 800 meters of unpaved road, part of which is downhill. On request and upon payment, extra cleaning and a cook (who will also cook pizza in the wood burning oven). From the house, one can walk to the village of Lucardo where there are two good restaurants, one with a magnificent view over the surrounding countryside and the other a pizzeria with typical Tuscan food. Gimignano, 30 km Florence. In the immediate vicinity are prestigious farms that produce excellent wine and olive oil. This well-furnished house is spread out over two levels. On the upper level, the entrance is through the restored loggia, into the living room with a stone fireplace large enough to sit in and a large picture window. The couch (a sofa bed) and armchairs are leather. Satellite TV and stereo. From the living room, access to two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower done with mosaic tiles. Ground Floor: A spiral staicase leads to the lower level where you will find the kitchen/dining room (oven, equipped wood-burning pizza oven, separate freezer, washing machine, dishwasher) with access to the gazebo/pool.
