The property is surrounded by green fields and oak woodland with large mature landscaped gardens with children's play area and tree house. The property enjoys breathtaking mountain views of the Killarney area. Patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Balcony on first floor with furniture. House 4 bedrooms (2 double 2 single) on first floor. Main double bedroom en suite. Second bedroom with H/C water. Main full bathroom on first floor. Separate ground floor toilet. Large sitting room with open fire (wood and peat supplied). Large OakFitted Kitchen with all mod-cons. Large separate dining area. The Lodge is furnished to a high standard with lots of paintings, country items and rustic features. Digital Sky Sat. TV. Linen, Towels, Heating and Electricity, supplied and included in rental price. Full oil central heating. Salmon and trout fishing locally in River Fesk. Private woodland/riverside walks.
