  • Charges included
  • Possible rental of linen charged 15 Euros a week. Washing machine available, 6 Euros per washing, products provided. In the case of soiling or damages, the price will be deducted from the safety deposit, which will be cashed within a month.
  • For everybody's comfort, we have established rules so as to guarantee the best stay possible to everyone: children are not allowed to go into the vineyard without being accompanied by an adult, ball games are forbidden in front of the gite: There are meadows further away on the property (150m away), at the edge of the woods, where you can play without risking to disturb other guests. Access to the pool is forbidden to children without the presence of at least one parent. Access to the pool in front of the landlords' country house is limited from 9am to 7pm. In general, as this is a wine-producing exploitation, we ask parents to carefully watch their children in order to avoid any risk of an accident. It is impossible for us to close off all the workplaces, which may be dangerous (because of sharp objects, etc) for inexperienced people visiting the worksite without our agreement or our presence.
  • Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
