300 m away from a very pretty beach and the coastal path, come and recharge your batteries in a peaceful setting, natural and preserved opposite the island of Molene and Ushant. On site, bike rental and a games room with board games and a ping-pong table. It is an ideal location for nature lovers and to rest at the heart of a small hamlet by the water. We will be there to welcome you and provide you all the information you need to have a pleasant stay: market days, local fairs, good contacts, etc.

With a modern and pleasant design, the master bedroom of 12 sq.m directly opens onto a covered terrace. It is equipped with a bed of 160x200 with 1 duvet of 240x260 and 2 pillows of 50x70, a desk with Internet access and a closet with wardrobe and shelves. Indoor wooden shutters give it a very nice style. The master bedroom has a bunk bed, a wall seat/bed very comfortable to lounge, 4 duvets of 140x200 and 4 pillows of 60x60, small reading lamps to avoid disturbing your bedroom neighbour, a closet with wardrobe and shelves, entirely in sand tones and soft decoration.

For those who love small old towns, Saint-Renan and its traditional Saturday market, its pewter museum, Le Conquet and its harbour with departure to Molene and Ushant islands and the amazing village of Locronan within an hour's drive. Very close to the islands and you might see some seals and dolphins during the crossing. To shop, the U shopping centre is 6 km away and the market town of Ploumoguer, with its corner shops, is 3 km away.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • From June to September, the rates are all inclusive.
    From October to May, the charges are additional.
    A 20% discount is applied for 1 night and 2 people.
    The arrival day can be negotiated except for July and August.
  • The prices are indicated for the rental of 1 villa for up to 6 people. Linen rental as well as final cleaning are not included. A 20% down payment has to be paid upon booking and the balance upon arrival. The €200 security deposit will be paid upon arrival, after the check-in inventory and will be refunded within 10 days after the check-out inventory.
  • In very high season (mi-July/mid-August), rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. The villas are available on the arrival day from 4.00 p.m. and must be vacated on departure day by 10.00 a.m.
    During the rest of the year, arrivals can be flexible.
  • Non-contractual booking deposit: 20% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR200.00

Notes: Additionally to the 60 sq.m villa, you will be thrilled by the terrace of 20 sq.m with wooden floor, to have relaxing moments. You can choose between sunbathing or the garden furniture, very refined by its chocolate colour and green cushions. A friendly-use electric barbecue is ready to be used for the preparation of your meals. If you prefer the lawn to the sand of the beach, enjoy your little garden just outside your terrace for fresher evenings or when you come back from a long walk along the coastal path, you will be happy to light the wood burning stove. The kitchen is perfectly well equipped. 2 Internet accesses and the DTT are offered in the villa. A games room is available and includes a ping-pong table, a giant checkers game, a set of rackets, a table-football and board games. Mountain bikes and bikes can be rented on a daily or half-daily basis.
