Familial house of character in the heart of a village in the Basque country and crossed by the Nive River, popular among the fishermen and hikers with its Path from Halage. The garden is enclosed and has a terrace shaded by a glycine to share wonderful evenings with family or friends, live here is peaceful and heavenly. Dining room decorated with a beautiful fireplace for autumn and winter evenings. The house is in the heart of the village near the the grocery, the bakery, the supermarket, restaurants and a market with organic products, all at walking distance, you should try the Basque pelota at the front of the house …

Rental available all year, for weeks and weekends (price depends on duration of the stay), for weddings, family reunions, bachelorette parties, congresses, festivals, concerts, competitions (golf, surfing, horse riding).

The walks on the forest are a delight in any season and during autumn you will see mushrooms and chestnuts across your path.

Lake Saint Pee is 15 minutes away; there you will find activities to do with your family like swimming, bikes, games and restaurants.

There is a pony club in Espelette (10')

The Irati Hall (an exhibition room) is at 10 minutes from the house, there are exhibitions, fairs all year round on Biarritz.

This region is perfect for weddings, family celebrations, to surprise your friends and family, but this residence is not fully equipped, neither is it too small but it is perfect for everyone.

-October 19th, 20th and 21st in Lurrama: the Basque farm at the Irati forest at Biarritz, at 10’ from the house has animal exhibits, contests, food, Zikiro, meals prepared by chefs, entertainment and debates during the three days, a very good weekend with friends or family, for children and adults

-Festival of Spices in Espelette, October 27th and 28th
