Beautiful condo, only steps from the beach, sleeps 4

It is a beautiful condo that is just steps to the beach with no streets to cross. It sleeps 4 persons. There is 1 king-size bed and 2 twin beds. All have brand new linens. It is located just 50 steps from white sandy beaches. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the rooftop deck overlooking the gulf. Relax near the private heated pool! Gulf Beach Place is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and if you don't feel like walking you can take a free trolley that travels all over the island. Grills and picnic tables are provided out back for your convenience, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit.

The feel of Anna Maria: Anna Maria Island's charm lies in its unhurried tropical living. The three small cities on the Island have their own character -- from Anna Maria in the north, Holmes Beach in the centre to Bradenton Beach in the south. All are populated with friendly, easy-going people. Narrow winding streets are framed with lush tropical growth. Magnificent white sand beaches overlook the enchanting Gulf of Mexico. Jet skis skim over the waves while sailboats drift along the coast. Families picnic in bay or Gulf-front parks. Sea oats sway gently in the soft Gulf breeze. Bicyclists pedal around the Island, passing a mixture of contemporary and historic buildings.

Recreation on Anna Maria Island: Recreational sailboat and powerboat rentals, including jet skis, are available by the hour, the half day, and almost any other time frame that might be required to meet the specific nautical needs of boating families. And if you have never seen Anna Maria Island from the air, hook onto one of the parasail craft for the experience of a life time. They run along the inner Bays as well as along the Gulf shore.

Shopping: Holmes Beach offers small shopping centres in a seven-block section of town near the intersection of Gulf Drive and a large centre near Manatee Avenue and East Bay Boulevard.

To the south, Bradenton Beach reflects its Bohemian roots. Newly restored Bridge Street is home to many shops offering an unusual blend of arts and crafts unique to the free-thinking people living near there. Gulf Drive, the backbone of Bradenton Beach, has several small shopettes and roadside stores offering a chance to bring back a memory of the Island. Whatever your need, shopping on Anna Maria Island is an experience that you will remember as much as your visit to the Island’s white sandy beaches.

Anna Maria Island is a quiet town with plenty of beaches. There is so much to do yet you never feel you are in a tourist section. The people are friendly and there are plenty of great restaurants. Anna Maria is a great place for families, couples, and friends just looking to relax and enjoy some sun yet be close to everything that you need! Plenty of sea shells and dolphins too!

Golf: If golf is your game then the Manatee/Sarasota bi-county area will provide you with a choice of more than 45 courses ranging from tight executive par threes to challenging championship 18s that will test any golfer’s ability from tee to green. Notes: There are 2 public tennis courts nearby. Disney World is just a 2 hour drive! This condo is away from it all, yet just a mile from the tourist section of the island. Plenty of restaurants, even a German restaurant within walking distance! Groceries within walking distance as well as a public beach with a children's park and outside eating. Plenty of things to do including parasailing, diving, boating, fishing, kayaking and more! Smoking permitted outside only.
