The much loved Villa Doc is situated on its own plot just 50 metres from the sea, with an unbeatable and unobstructed view of the sea. The accessible swimming cove below the villa has shelved rock platforms & steps from which to access the crystal clear waters - good for snorkelling. Shops, Restaurants and the renowned Binibeca beach are all within a 5-15 minute walk. Villa Doc comprises three principal bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds. 3 bath/shower rooms. The living area is open plan, with a dining area and a breakfast bar between the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, oven & microwave) and the sitting/dining area. Outside there is a shaded patio, ideal for eating and relaxing; there is also a secluded sunroof great for sunbathing and additional patio to the front and rear of the property. A built-in barbecue is provided for those alfesco meals with a stunning view. Utilty room with washing machine. A good base for walking in Menorca

Situated alongside Villa Doc, with the same view, Villa Feliz was completely refurbished throughout during the winter of 2004. The villa has two main bedrooms (with twin beds) and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room - allowing for sleeping arrangements for up to 5-6 people. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet and there is also a main bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and and washbasin. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the dining/living room with a french door connecting to a delightful and spacious patio - ideal for sunbathing and enjoying eating outdoors. The kitchen contains a large fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Sunbathing space is plentiful on both the extensive patio and on the sunroof; there is also an outside barbecue for guests to use. There is a TV/Video/DVD but this does not have Sky or any other service (i.e. it is intended for watching videos/DVD's only)

Binibeca (also know as Binibequer) is situated on the South of the island, just twenty minutes from the beautiful main city of Mahon and the airport. This is a quiet family orientated place, with mainly villas rather than the noisy bar/disco/hotel scene of some other resorts; although there are plenty of restaurants/shops etc.

The villa has two retractable awnings to provide additional shade over the main parts of the frontage (one leading out from the kitchen/living area and the other from the centre of the villa frontage). WIFI - Wireless Internet Access is available a short drive away at several bars in St Lluis. Sheets and House Towels are provided (changed weekly for stays of two weeks or more); you will need to take your own Beach Towels. The Villas are fully insured against major catastrphe but you will need your own travel insurance for the usual things such as theft of belongings, health and accident etc..

It is an amazing location, you are very lucky to have it. We would love to visit again next year, are we able to book your villa again? Sarah Portsmouth & Family (Villa Feliz) : We had a great week and really enjoyed the villa. The kitchen was brilliant, especially with the dishwasher and washing machine! Also the bathrooms were excellent. The view from the villa is a one-off.

WIFI - Wireless Internet Access: For those of you who can't leave home without it, Wireless Internet Access is available a short drive away at several of the bars in St Lluis. Free but polite to buy the odd drink/Ice Cream.

(this Canadian guest rented Villa Feliz in July 2005) - we have had visitors from as far away as Australia and the USA.

Mick and Carol Gowan (August 2005) : 'Just a short note to thank you for a lovely family holiday. Villa Doc was perfect for us, the kitchen was perfect and the bathrooms were ideal. The ceiling fans were also a lifesaver! The whole place was very clean and well equipped. More than anything though, the location and the patio to enjoy it from were fantastic. I have never stayed anywhere with such a beautiful setting, and the swimming cove was wonderful. My wife Carol called snorkelling with the fishes a 'life changing' experience and the kids (and myself) absolutely loved it! All literally on our doorstep as well.'
