The much loved Villa Doc is situated on its own plot just 50 metres from the sea, with an unbeatable and unobstructed view of the sea. The accessible swimming cove below the villa has shelved rock platforms & steps from which to access the crystal clear waters - good for snorkelling. Shops, Restaurants and the renowned Binibeca beach are all within a 5-15 minute walk. Villa Doc comprises three principal bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds. 3 bath/shower rooms. The living area is open plan, with a dining area and a breakfast bar between the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, oven & microwave) and the sitting/dining area. Outside there is a shaded patio, ideal for eating and relaxing; there is also a secluded sunroof great for sunbathing and additional patio to the front and rear of the property. A built-in barbecue is provided for those alfesco meals with a stunning view. Utilty room with washing machine. A good base for walking in Menorca

There is also a sofa bed in the living area allowing sleeping space for up to 7 people. The double bedroom has a hand basin and an en-suite w.c. and shower and there is a fully-fitted bathroom (bath with shower, w.c & hand basin) within the villa, with a further shower, WC and hand basin facility in a separate utility room with access from the exterior of the villa (this room also contains a washing machine (SEE ALSO VILLA No.53 - also available for rental - see details below in this advert). There is a TV with video and DVD (no Sky or Terrestrial service) The main purpose being for entertaining children & adults with videos/ DVD's. Radio/CD player as well.

Binibeca (also know as Binibequer) is situated on the South of the island, just twenty minutes from the beautiful main city of Mahon and the airport. This is a quiet family orientated place, with mainly villas rather than the noisy bar/disco/hotel scene of some other resorts; although there are plenty of restaurants/shops etc.

Notes: Swimming Pool : Villa Doc and Villa Feliz do not have swimming pools which is reflected in the very reasonable rates charged - villas with pools tend to rent for £5-600+ more per week and generally do not enjoy such a good position; however, there is a lovely uncrowded pool a five minute walk away in the fishing village and wonderful sea swimming in the cove at the front of the villas and at the beach. Binibeca: The village of Binibeca Vell is a unique development in the style of an old Spanish fishing village. Situated on the south of the island, just 20 minutes from Mahon and the airport. It contains a self service supermarket, several general stores and many attractive and reasonably priced bars and restaurants which are within easy walking distance of the villa. Binibeca Beach : The beach is just 10-15 minute walk away, providing an ideal and safe playground for younger children. Has a. WIFI internet access available a short drive away at several bars in nearby St Lluis

Sally Hallil & Family : I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say Thank You for the use of your wonderful villa. We had such a lovely time. It is an amazing location, you are very lucky to have it. We would love to visit again next year, are we able to book your villa again? Sarah Portsmouth & Family (Villa Feliz) : We had a great week and really enjoyed the villa. The kitchen was brilliant, especially with the dishwasher and washing machine! Also the bathrooms were excellent. The view from the villa is a one-off.

WIFI - Wireless Internet Access: For those of you who can't leave home without it, Wireless Internet Access is available a short drive away at several of the bars in St Lluis. Free but polite to buy the odd drink/Ice Cream.

Mick and Carol Gowan (August 2005) : 'Just a short note to thank you for a lovely family holiday. Villa Doc was perfect for us, the kitchen was perfect and the bathrooms were ideal. The ceiling fans were also a lifesaver! The whole place was very clean and well equipped. More than anything though, the location and the patio to enjoy it from were fantastic. I have never stayed anywhere with such a beautiful setting, and the swimming cove was wonderful. My wife Carol called snorkelling with the fishes a 'life changing' experience and the kids (and myself) absolutely loved it! All literally on our doorstep as well.'

We stayed at villa doc April 2009 for 1 week,we had a fantastic break could not have asked for more,villa was very clean,everything we needed was in the villa,shops,bars & the beach are all in walking distance,this is the first holiday we have come home from and feel like we have had a break,we would like to say thankyou to the owner for making our holiday perfect.we will be back.THANKYOU.TERRY&LESLEY.NOTTINGHAMSHIRE.

Stayed at Villa Dic June 2007. You could not ask for a better setting. As we are not very strong swimmers found the cove a bit daunting, only ventured in once and got stung by a jellyfidh so beware!
Everything you could possible need is on your doorstep, the beach is delightful but hire a car and see some of Menorca it is a beautiful Island.
Villla is comfortable and well equiped will definatley go back one day.
Owner's Response: Another happy client , pleased that they had a lovely time; the cove in front of the villa is generally very safe for all ages and jellyfish are, we are sorry, but a problem everywhere in the Mediterrean now.
