Photos and Description of the Siofok vacation house rental

The freshly renovated house with air-conditioning is situated in one of the best family districts of Siofok and it is equipped with new machines and furniture. The city centre can be reached within 2-3 minutes on foot. Nevertheless, the lake is 200 m away. Restaurants and grocery stores are 50-150 m away. A large garden belongs to the house with parking spots for cars, with a small pond and grill. In the house there are 3 bedrooms each with double beds. In the biggest room which is 27 square meters you can find sofas with armchairs and TV set with foreign language programs. Altogether 6 people can sleep in the house plus 2 additional people if preferred on a sofa which can be pulled out. The kitchen (brand new) is very well-equipped with plates, glasses, dishes, cutlery, coffee machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, cooker, oven and with a table for 6. Next to a kitchen you can find 2 bathrooms.

Siofok is the capital city of Lake Balaton with its 15 km long beach besides the water. It gives a lot of possibilities of sports, entertainment, sightseeing and night life.

  • Rate/day/house, our rates include from 1.5.-24.9.: the usage of water, gas, electricity, kitchen, bed linen, final cleaning, parking, from 24.9. gas is extra because of cleaning, city tax is also not included: Euro 1/day/adult, extra bed: Euro 10/day/person, animals: Euro 10/day/animal (for damages caused by the animal in the house and in the garden the renters must pay), air-conditioning: Euro 5/day, in high season (27.6-21.8.) the house must be rented from Saturday to Saturday, in other terms min. 3 nights must be spent, by booking 30% deposit must be paid via bank transfer. This sum is not paid back. We do not pay the transfer cost, we take €100 caution for loss of keys and damages, arrival from 2 pm. Departure till 10am, no towels

Das Ferieinhaus war echt toll!
Wir waren insgesamt 6 Personen und es war völlig ausreichend!!!!!!!!
Das Haus hat einen schönen Garten, mit tollem Grill und eine schöne Terrasse, die leider zur Straßeseite führt, aber dadurch hatten wir auch immer viel Spaß!
Sehr gute Lage zum Stadtkern und auch zum Strand!
Und die Vermieterin konnte viele Sprachen und war außerodentlich freundlich!
Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub, vielen Dank!!!!!
