This double-oriented flat, on the 5th and last floor, offers a sea view from the living room and a view of the pines from the bedroom and the kitchen. Its equipment is higher than expected in many ways in order to allow rental in any season or even an all year around rental. Indeed, you will find electrical roller shutters and awning, a second sliding picture window in front of the first one in order to provide a quadruple glazing, an induction hob, a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, summer and winter duvets, large storage space, etc...And everything respecting safety, hygiene and comfort. By staying for a weekend, you will be able to evaluate the place. In La Baule, Mimosas are blooming in February.

Just beautiful, the views were just fantastic. near to pubs and restaurants, we went in september, so a little quite. The owner was such a lovely person, gave us maps and information on where to visit and eat out. The apartment was clean, bed really comfortable and kitchen well equipped. All perfect. Somewhere to park your car included. Will return.

Très agréable séjour

Appartement très confortable, très bien situé proche de Lajarrige.
Vue très agréable du 5ème étage donnant sur toute la baie.

L'appartement est bien isolé du bruit venant de l'extérieur grâce à une double baie vitrée.

La place de parking réservée est appréciable dans le secteur.

Bon accueil et disponibilité du propriétaire.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement tout confort. Avons apprécié la vue, la proximité de la plage (rue à traverser), la situation (près de l'avenue Lajarrige et de ses commerces), la place de parking à deux pas de l'ascenseur (bien pratique pour les bagages), la bonne isolation phonique et puis aussi bien sûr, l'accueil sympathique du propriétaire.

Location propre, confortable et bien située. Les commerces sont facilement accessibles. La vue du 5eme sur la baie est très agréable. Isolation phonique très appréciable avec la double baie vitrée et place de parking utile. Le propriétaire est fort sympathique et disponible. Nous avons apprécié la traditionnelle bouteille de vin à notre arrivée ainsi que le magnifique bouquet de fleurs. Recommandable à 100%

Excellent séjour !

Excellent séjour dans et agréable appartement, confortable ou rien ne manque. Literie excellente. Bien exposé, face a la mer, avec une vue imprenable à 180°. Nous avons bien profité du balcon car le soleil était au rendez vous ! Les propriétaires sont charmants, accueillants et avenants. Bref un excellent cocktail pour des vacances réussies.

The apartment is located in the middle of the bay, next to the pool, beach clubs, sailing schools and horse riding path. The Avenue Lajarrige is 400 metres away with shops and a market every Tuesday and Saturday. In July and August, it also takes place on Thursdays. The access to the apartment and the other sites of interests is made easy through the horse riding path leading to La Baule Les Pins on the Route Bleue (4 ways).

  • The bathroom has a bathtub with shower screen, a double vanity unit and a heated towel rail. Obviously, you will find a hair-dryer. Upon demand, bathroom linen can be provided for an additional fee.

  • On the back, is a quiet bedroom with two 2 x 0.80 m twin beds. Pirelli latex mattress. They have been put side by side in order to make a 2 x 1.60 m bed. They have a unique mattress protector, bottom sheet, and a duvet. On request, they can be separated with their own bedclothes. The living room has a 1.40 sofa bed. Beds are made for the arrival of our guests. Linen is changed every week.
