The contemporary apartment over 3 levels has a dream view over all of Berlin and borders West-Berlin's shopping mile on Kurfuerstendamm/Tauentzien. The Zoo, Tiergarten, KaDeWe Department store are in the immediate vicinity, taxi stand in front of the door. S-Bahn (elevated train), bus # 100, plus 3 subway lines are 2 minutes away. Furnishings are contemporary with some antiques. The 2 bedrooms, MB-room with jacuzzi bath and living area, guest Bedroom-Suite with own big bathroom, are on seperate levels. 2 living rooms, 2.5 baths, 2 terraces with tables and chairs, a washer/dryer, elevator invite for comfort.. The open kitchen offers a microwave, electrical oven and stove, a large American style refrigerator/freezer, ample dishes, cooking utensils, extra sitting area. Dining room seats 8-10 people. There are also 3 TVs, video and DVD player, DSL connection, l computer and 1 printer, direct dial telephone and fax. Arrival time is 3-8pm, departure 10am, unless otherwise agreed upon

The apartment is perfectly located to reach on foot for all attractions of the Kurfuerstendamm, e.g. Kaiser-Wilhlem-Gedaechtniskirche, Kranzlereck, Hotel Kempinski. It is a short walk away from the famous Theater des Westens, the Berliner Festspiele and the Literaturcafe on Fasanenstrasse. The famous KaDeWe department store and the Europa Centre are around the corner. The Berliner Zoo and the Tiergarten are within a 5 minutes walk. The sightseeing busses throughout Berlin and to Potsdam can be reached within 5 minutes. The regular bus lines outside the apartment are # 100 and # 200, S-Bahn connection is trainstation Zoo. In the immediate vicinity are 3 U-Bahn stations (subway) and a taxi stand. The apartment has a 350 degree view over Berlin. In plain view are the Memorial Church, to the West the Funkturm, to the East the Television Tower at Alexanderplatz and the Berliner Dom, to the North the big expanse of the Tiergarten and to the South, Berlin's famous Kaufhaus des Westens.
