This new beautifully furnished villa with private electric heated pool is perfect for a romantic couple, the entire family, golfers, even boaters or fishermen, with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Although it is quietly located, one is quickly at the shopping centres, golf courses or picking up shells on the beach. The villa is equipped with many amenities, two bicycles, charcoal grill, a large living area, dining area, an open kitchen with breakfast area, a private large screened in heated pool and dock. Don't worry about pool exposure, we have sun year round, but sunning is better outside of the screened pool area for that deep dark tan.

This is the absolute paradise for fishermen, golfers, and the sun and fun seekers. Dream beaches and shelling are very nearby. The nearest beach only some miles away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All prices above are based on weekly or monthly stays for 2 adults. Each additional person over 5 years of age - $15 USD per day - $70 USD per week - $220 USD per month. 50 % plus a refundable $200 damage deposit on monthly rates required to secure booking / to hold reservation, required within 7 days after inquiry. Damage deposit returned after currency conversion receipt and of all bills (electricity, water and phone) during rental duration.
  • Cancellation & return policy: After rental confirmation up to 45 days prior to arrival will be charged $ 100 USD cancellation fee. Cancellation 45 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the rental amount. No refund will be made for cancellation on or after arrival date. Rates subject to change without notice. Check in after 3 p.m. Check out before 11 a.m. Early check in or late check out requires prior approval. Fees & taxes: all taxes included in rental fee. Cleaning fee of $ 150 USD.
  • Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Debit Card, PayPal, and Bank Transfers are all accepted on line.

    * Damage deposit returned after currency conversion, transaction fee(s) & receipt of all bills (electricity, water & phone) during rental duration. Any abused bills will be deducted and a copy of charges will be provided.

Notes: Master bedroom newly furnished with a king sized bed, large cable TV, newly built master bath with bidet and walk in closets with direct access to the private, screened in pool area. Guest bedroom 1 has a king bed, cable TV and walk-in closet. Guest bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, cable TV, and a walk-in closet. A newly rebuilt and furnished guest bath is located off the guest bedrooms. Also available from pool area is direct access to the guest bathroom. Don't bother bringing the hair dryer, iron or ironing board, and linens, it's all there! Just bring yourselves and the sun tanning lotion. The private pool is electrically heated. The screened in pool area also has outdoor speakers. You can listen to your favourite CD's, DVD's, TV, or radio stations while outside in the sun. Two bicycles are provided for your use, during your stay. Fishing is as close as the back yard. High speed cable Internet available upon request at booking.
