A fantastic spot where you can pass an unforgettable holiday! The heated pool offers a much enjoyed pleasure. The sauna will have you back on form. The summer kitchen has a television with several channels in various languages. The BBQ, garden furniture, garden shower and WC near the pool allow moments of real relaxation and socialising. The very bright living room has a second television with both French and foreign television and a DVD player (you can bring your CANAL+ box for even more channels). There are three bedrooms in the middle of the house and two others separate which means that those who tend stay up late can do so without disturbing others. Two cars can be parked in the courtyard, in the shade. A small mezzanine on the terrace with a round table and chairs boasts a magnificent view of the sea and mountains while you have your breakfast.

Villa in Le Montgo in the Marquesa VI district, surrounded by luxury villas. This is a quiet area, ideal for relaxing among luscious vegetation. You can walk along Le Montgo, with its magnificent view of Denia and Valence bay, as far as Cabo de San Antonio, Javea bay, Nao bay, Pinon and Iffac. If you are a good golfer you can visit the splendid Seilla course, approx. 4 miles away. You can spend several days in the countryside, exploring the impressive landscape between the mountains and the sea. When your eyes have had their fill, try the diverse cuisine at reasonable prices. You can reach Vergel Safari Park, just 12 miles away. The villa is halfway between Valence and Alicante, where you can have a great time visiting museums etc. or take lots of summer snaps on the beaches of Combre del Sol and Granadella.   • The villa has a large bathroom fitted with bath, shower, WC and two sinks, and a shower room with a shower, sink and WC. Both are accessible to the three bedrooms. Downstairs there is a shower room with shower, sink and WC which is reserved for the two bedrooms separate from the main house. There is a large shower room near the pool for bathers, fitted with a very large shower, sink and separate WC. IMPORTANT: To adapt to the American standard, we have converted the European bathroom information. There are 2 more rooms downstairs (1 double, 1 twin), sharing a shower room and WC, each with a large cupboard and 2 bedside tables. Security and mosquito nets mean that you can sleep soundly at night with the windows open.
