This villa, built in the local style of the Landes region, is sunny, very comfortable, pleasant to live in, and functional in a quiet and relaxing neighbourhood. The house is located among the pine trees, on an enclosed ground of over half an acre, facing South. You will find all the necessary shops nearby. The beach is close by (1 km). The house is next to a golf course, and several tennis courts (fee required) are available, 100 m away.

Hossegor is a seaside market town, on a wild coast, and has 3400 inhabitants. Standing against an emerald forest, cuddled by the ocean, on the edge of a sparkling marine lake and an endless sandy beach, Hossegor reflects the prestigious old welcoming tradition of this area. This space, chosen by so many artists, is living now the spirit of his past, and opens on what future best offers. The finial of the Aquitaine Coast before, it is nowadays the European capital for surfing, and a golf paradise. Hossegor is also a paradise for tourists with a sailing harbour, a casino, cinemas, mini-golf, aquatic parks, cycling paths (bicycles are available for hire), windsurfing, jet skiing, surfing and riding. Do not miss a trip to Bayonne (15 km), Biarritz (32 km) or St Jean de Luz. The 'Pays Basque' (Basque region) and Spain are in easy access from Hossegor.
