For added safety a smoke alarm has been fitted in the stairwell, don’t burn the toast.

A helpful house manager is close by to offer any advise on extra requirements you will need throughout your stay.
Further details: a deposit of 25% of the total fee (non refundable) is required to hold a booking.
For advance bookings, full payment is required 6 weeks before holiday start date.
Conditions: a £100 refundable deposit is required on arrival for the event of any damages to property or contents.
Unfortunately refunds or cancellations cannot be made once full payment has been accepted, unless the agreed booking cannot be fulfilled by owners.
Key collection and access to the property is 1pm on the day of arrival and 10am on day of departure. Any times outside of these need to be agreed when booking with owner and only where possible.
We are back from our brief holiday in Cyprus and wanted to write you to tell you how satisfied we were with your house. The location was perfect for us and the house itself was exactly what we needed for this holiday. Carol was extremely helpful and welcoming (even bringing us supplies which were lacking in the house). A traditional coastal village situated only 12 km south west of the bustling city of Larnaca & 15 min from the airport.
Pervolia provides a laid back pace with perfect access to explore other parts of the island. Visitors can enjoy the warm hospitality of its inhabitants and enjoy the delights of the Cypriot restaurants, taverns, festivals & live folk music.
The community has banks, tourist shops, supermarkets etc. to cater for most visitors needs. You will find plenty of water sports activities at the nearby beach club.
Other local attractions include go kart racing, a camel park (with rides), Luna park & Larnaca salt lakes with its pink flamingos. Nearby Larnaca is a 15 minute drive where you will find every kind of cosmopolitan entertainment such as shopping, cafés, bars.
