Neo-Provencal style villa with 5 rooms. Quiet, altitude of 360m, south-east facing. The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, an open-plan, fitted kitchen, 2 large terraces and 1500m of land. Sleeps up to 8. Cleaning is included. No smoking. We recommend you bring the car. Small pets are allowed. In the winter there is a fireplace in the lounge and dining room. The villa is ideal for New Year celebrations and is near winter sports resorts. In the summer you can enjoy the two large terraces and the grounds planted with trees, providing peaceful and pleasant surroundings. Ideal all year round for walks, hikes, bike rides, climbing and Modern Art (Chagall, Matisse, Picasso, artists%?9 studios, galleries in Saint Paul de Vence and other surrounding villages). You%?9ll find useful brochures in the villa on things to see and do.
