This historical Villa , dating back to the 13th century, has been carefully restored and transformed into a warm and elegant Country holiday House, where all the modern conveniences, including Wireless Internet connection, have been added to many of original preserved features. The accommodation is divided into 2 beautifully restored spacious reception rooms and 5 lovely self-catering apartments , of different sizes and typology. Apt. Iris : this 1 level splendid apartment, 2 rooms, 90 m², enjoys of great privacy becouse it is located on the first floor in the most historical wing of the Villa, with its own private entrance. It is a popular choice for couples on their honeymoon but it is perfect also for small family groups.
Far from the typology of the other ones, this apartment is a wonderful suite with all comforts of a furnished apartment.
You find a very spacious open plan living/dining area with 1 double plus 1 single sofabed, fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 8. On the same floor there is 1 double bedroom and a well appointed bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 very large liv-room.
Sleeps 2–5: 2 are the guests accommodated in beds; the sofa/divans, present in the apartment, can be transformed into a second double and single bed.
