Stunning views

Fantastic apartment with stunning views across the bay. Only had one morning of heavy rain and a couple of days of very strong winds but otherwise really lovely weather. The apartment is situated close to bus and train station (5 to 10 minutes walking) and very close to restaurants (below) and shops a short walk away, so a car is unnecessary. Public transport is fantastic. This is the third year we've been back to St Raphael and will be visiting again next year.

I got what was promised. The owner was fair he abided by our agreement. The flat is wonderful in tems of location with a gorgeus view to the sea. The beach is really close, and closed praking lot is available without further charge. We spent one excellent week over there, the only complaint I can bring up is the painting coming off at some point supposedly owing to some former leaking (top floor). Apart from this it was the best I could imagine for this price. I dare to offer it to anyone.

Un appartement dans une situation idéale au cœur de la ville !! Tout est neuf ce qui fait de cet appartement un véritable bijou!!! Une terrasse très grande pour profiter un maximum du soleil et de la vue imprenable sur la baie de St Raphael. L'équipement de l'appartement est moderne et fonctionnel. La propriétaire est d'une extrême gentillesse. Vivement les prochaines vacances !!!!

Même si la situation et la vue sont exellentes.

la décoration et l'ameublement sont pour le moins désuets, le sommier à ressort de la chambre à coucher est défoncé,(on glisse invariablement vers le centre du lit),idéal pour le mal de dos. D'autre part, des venues d'eau de la toiture, ternissent l'aspect général du logement. au vu de ces quelques remarques et des offres similaires alentour, le prix est trop élevé.
Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet appartement.

Le sommier a été réparé, il suffisait de remettre les deux lattes qui avaient été déplacées.
D'autre part, nous avons été victime d'une fuite d'eau suite à des travaux de la terrasse située au dessus de l'appartement. Les travaux de rénovation sont en cours.
Quant au prix, prévenez moi si vous trouvez une location de ce type à St Raphaël!

Appartement fidèle à la description !
Plus grand encore en vrai.
Sans problème pour 3 adultes et un petit chien ;)
Vue plus que splendide !!! Terrasse grande et très appréciable !
La propriétaire est sans histoire et bien sympatique ;)
Localisation idéale, près du sable et du centre, restaurants juste en dessous !
Clic clac agréable.
Les seuls points faible seraient: sommier en bois et divan désuet (signalé), emplacement de parking étroit.
A recommander !!!
