Landscaped garden and wood on 7500m2, absolute tranquillity for lovers of fishing, river nearby, relax in the shady grounds. Perched on the hillside with splendid 180° view over the l'Isle valley, good for fishing and boat trips, situated on the edge of a private wood. Lots of sheltered walks and across vineyards, trips on the small tourist train, garden furniture, deckchairs and parasols, maintained garden, barbecue, swing, board games, TV, 15mn from Libourne and St Emilion, 40mn from Bordeaux, the abbey of Guitres with its organs and concerts, the chateaux cellars with wine tasting...
