Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached Villa with mature private gardens and own private pool. The villa is set over two floors. On the ground floor there is a lounge with comfortable seating for 5 and dining for 6, a double bedroom plus shower room, a fitted kitchen and a large cosy shaded terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (master with own terrace) and a bathroom, plus stairs leading to a private roof top solarium. The property has air conditioning upstairs and downstairs. The garden has two seating areas plus BBQ around the pool. The villa has satellite TV (selection of UK sky channels). The beach is a 10 min walk. Huge selection of local shops, good restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket, banks etc. within 4 to 5 minutes walk.

The villa is within easy walking distance of the beach (10 min walk) and within 4 to 5 min walk of local shops, restaurant, cafes bars supermarket and popular nightlife.
