This original Rustico is situated near the farmhouse, on a hill only 1 km from the main road leading to Poggibonsi, in a panoramic position with views of the Elsa valley and also of two ancient castles.
In the fenced private grounds there is a green area to sit out and a big old oak tree.The swimmingpool is 4m x 8m (private for the renters).
Just behind the property there is a wood with chestnut trees giving plenty of shade.
The house, very recently restored and renovated to a high standard, has tuscan style furniture and central heating.
