Located in a penthouse over the beach in the ancient part of Armação, this apartment is unique for its location and view. Imagine yourself enjoying a sun bath, sunset drink or dinner on a cruise boat. That is the sensation you get from our large terrace, with the advantage of having the beach at your doorsteps. This cosy apartment is situated at the top floor of a building facing the sea . The beach is just across the street, stretching around 6 km to the right and to the left. Between the apartment and the sea lies the old fortress of Armação de Pêra with its charming small church. The apartment has sunlight all day long, with a wonderful sunset displayed over the water just in front of your marvelled eyes. All rooms have sea view and direct access to the terrace. Complete privacy in the terrace, not visible from outside. All photos shown are really taken from the apartment. Furnished with quality and comfort. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The apartment is well equipped and has spectacular views over a large beach. Being a penthouse, is protected from street noise. It has a very good terrace. Very good access from the motorway. B. La terrasse est hallucinante : au dernier etage et en angle, on peut voir toute la plage de part et d autre! l accueil etait tres aimable et la plage juste en bas de l immeuble tres agreable. Wonderful holiday of total relaxation, a lot of b

We have a wonderful holiday full of rest, lots of beach and sun.
A nice house that makes us feel like we were in our own home, but with the particularity of "have the foot on the beach".
A wonderful view, with plenty of sunshine.
Easy access to all necessary services and trade.
We hope to return and enjoy again soon.
We fervently recommend.

The apartment was recommended to us by friends. The description "unique for its location and view" - is very true - we were not disappointed The layout and furnishings of the apartment is adequate - and is well equipped. There are many good cafes /restaurants within walking distance. Supermarkets, local market etc - again within easy walking distance. The Sand Sculptures (a short taxi ride from the resort) are definately worth a visit. We have stayed at the apartment twice - and would definately have a holiday there again.

Ideal location. Absolutely no faults with the apartment.Balcony woth the money alone. Air-con, t.v. iron, hairdryer, etc etc .Fully recommended. Stones throw from the beach which is handy as there is lack of facilities on the beach. Saying that the beach is always in good condition.A few minutes from restaurants which serve wonderful fresh fish.

gut ausgerüstetes Apartment mit einem fantastischen Ausblick über den Strand von Armacao de Pera.
Sehr großer Balkon und zwei wirkungsvolle Klimaanlagen.
Leider ist das Parken sehr schwierig,da kaum Parkplätze vorhanden sind.
Zum Strand sind es nur 30 Meter über die autofreie Srandpromenade
