Trastevere area Apartment Rental Photos and Description
Flat for 2-4 p full of sun
Very bright and brand new apartment with terrace located between Trastevere Station and Testaccio, very close to the city centre and very well connected thanks to the Staton located at 200 m from it. It is the result of a very special work of an architect that brilliantly transformed an old apartment in two small but very cosy apartments of 60 m2 each: Castaldi A and Castaldi B. Very similar one to the other they have a common entrance. Each of them has a very comfortable living room with a double sofa bed and an American kitchen and a separated comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a nice modern bathroom with shower. From both the living rooms you can go to a very comfortable terrace where you can take your breakfast or dinner under a pergola most part of the year thanks to Rome beautiful weather. The terrace is divided in two by flower pots in order to allow privacy to each of the apartment. The details are all very Italian: red terra cotta on the floor, lovely antique etchings and watercolours with view of Rome , modern white furniture and brand new decoration, white linen curtains, very large windows. Aircon, plasma TV.Free internet wifi 24h. Connections with the city centre are very easy thanks to the near station and the buses stop 50 m from the house. The area is very alive and full of lovely local markets and typical roman restaurants. The Porta Portese markets is walking distance.

I started this vacation apartment rental business few years ago just for fun. Now, five years later, I manage several properties, the majority of which are nearby the heart of Rome. My flats for rent are, with no exception, in pristine conditions. I visit all of them on a regular basis, to ensure my guests will receive the highest level of hospitality and the attention to every single detail. I am proud to say that I always strive to personally answer to all the emails I receive from future and past customers and take every question or request very seriously. I look forward to seeing you here in Rome, the Eternal City.
