San Fabiano a private villa, on a wine estate in the Arbia valley near Siena, where you can attend a cookery class, take a walk among the sunflowers, or ride with our mountain bikes, enjoy horse-riding, trekking, golf, tennis, hot springs and a lot of typical restaurants and "trattorie".

There is a large common room with a kitchen, fireplace, piano, HI-FI set, home cinema, billiards and dining table (seats 24).

If you do not wish to rent a whole villa, but just a holiday apartment, San Fabiano can offer you different sizes of suites accommodating from 2 to 6 people, each one with a living-room and a kitchen. Beautiful independent villa with garden and parking area, with a master bedroom with king size bed with ensuite bathroom (shower) and fireplace, a king size bed on an open loft, a living room with the possibility of 2 single beds, a panoramic balcony (view over the Arbia valley) and a dining/kitchen room fully equipped (fridge/freezer, oven, water boiler, dishwasher, stove).
