The villa is on one of the largest and best located conservation plots at Bridgewater Crossing in a quite cul-de sac. It is well spaced from adjacent properties providing privacy in the south facing pool/spa area, it has open water views to the rear. There is an abundance of natural wildlife. The villa is protected with a fully integrated burglar alarm system, smoke alarm system and internal doors leading to the swimming pool area have additional alarms. Internal furnishings are of a high standard with ceramic tiles in living area.
The community: The Community is very pretty and is quiet and restful with plenty of lakes and beautiful landscaping. In addition there is a community swimming pool which is good for socializing, especially for the children. There is also a volley ball court, practice basket ball court and tennis courts. Bridgewater Crossing is an ideal location fro visiting the many theme parks and Disney World is less than 15 minutes drive from the community. Most of our bookings are from people that have stayed in our home and have returned the following year.
Golf: Bridgewater Crossing is 5 minutes from David Leadbetter/Greg Norman golf courses at Champions Gate and the new Reunion Resort. Many other golf courses are a short distance away including Highlands Reserve, all the Disney courses,Kissimmee and Kissimmee Oaks.All day packages including breakfast,lunch and golf is available at Remington Golf Club at very resonable prices.
