Luxurious 4 bed, 2 bath villa with private screened south facing 30 X 15ft pool/spa which has open water views to the rear and is not overlooked either side. A/C throughout, the villa is located in Hills Bay Drive at Bridgewater Crossing in a conservation area, 5 min. from I.4 J58 just south of Disney and 15 minutes from Disney’s Magic Kingdom. The lounge has a 2-seater and two 3-seater sofas and lounge chair in cream leather, this is complimented with pine furniture, a 28 inch TV and a video. The bedrooms are furnished in cherry wood. The villa can sleep up to 8 plus an infant. Bridgewater Crossing is a traditional sidewalk neighbourhood with lighted landscaped roads situated next to a beautiful 45 acre lake with lakeside picnic areas, swimming pool, cabana, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts. Free use of these facilities is exclusively available to residents and guests. This beautiful, quiet and relaxing environment away from the crowds is 15 minutes from Disney’s Magic Kingdom

Bridgewater Crossing is located 3 Km from the I-4 junction 58 and just 15 minutes from Disney. It is a pleasent rural location in a peacefull setting. the Community is very quiet with many pretty lakes. The villa over looks a lake with a very private pool not overlooked by other houses. The community is landscaped and has tennis courts, communal swimming pool, practice basketball court and volleyball. Guests staying in the community may use the facilities.

Notes: Free tennis is available on two floodlit courts, situated next to a large lake and picnic area, within the development. Our pool/spa is set in a large screened decked area, has open water views over natural wetlands to the rear and is well spaced and not overlooked from other properties which creates privacy. Telephones are provided in the kitchen, lounge and master bedroom. Alarm clock radios are provided in all bedrooms and an additional TV's are provided in all bedrooms. Each bathroom has a hairdryer for your use. Towels are provided for general use,pool towels are also provided. A seperate Utility Room contains the washing machine and dryer. The villa is on one of the largest and best located conservation plots at Bridgewater Crossing in a quite cul-de sac. It is well spaced from adjacent properties providing privacy in the south facing pool/spa area, it has open water views to the rear. There is an abundance of natural wildlife. The villa is protected with a fully integrated burglar alarm system, smoke alarm system and internal doors leading to the swimming pool area have additional alarms. Internal furnishings are of a high standard with ceramic tiles in living area.

The community: The Community is very pretty and is quiet and restful with plenty of lakes and beautiful landscaping. In addition there is a community swimming pool which is good for socializing, especially for the children. There is also a volley ball court, practice basket ball court and tennis courts. Bridgewater Crossing is an ideal location fro visiting the many theme parks and Disney World is less than 15 minutes drive from the community. Most of our bookings are from people that have stayed in our home and have returned the following year.

Golf: Bridgewater Crossing is 5 minutes from David Leadbetter/Greg Norman golf courses at Champions Gate and the new Reunion Resort. Many other golf courses are a short distance away including Highlands Reserve, all the Disney courses,Kissimmee and Kissimmee Oaks.All day packages including breakfast,lunch and golf is available at Remington Golf Club at very resonable prices.

Beautiful Lakeside setting

We have stayed in this beautiful home on 3 occasions. The lakeside setting with magnificent views will bring you back time and time again. The owners take great pride in their home. A fabulous place to stay. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this lovely home."

Stayed here with my sister and brother-in-law and had a wonderful time. The villa was spotless and had everything you could ask for and the view was brilliant. Saw the local gator in the lake several times and the cranes visited every day. Both the management company and the owners are wonderful and go out of their way to be helpful. Staying here again in April 2010 and cant wait.

A lovely villa

I stayed in this villa in april 2008 with my family (Dad, Step mum and little sister). The villa was well looked after with excellent facilities, it was very clean and still in very new condition. The pool area was lovely, a large pool with plenty of seating for everyone. Both bathrooms were in good condition and the beds were comfy! One disappointment for me was in the the 2nd bedroom with a double bed, it had no ceiling fan and even when the air con was on it was too hot in the night but other than that I cant fault the villa. It was also in an amazing location, we could drive to disney in about 15 mins and were much closer to everything else than we thought. It never took long to get anywhere as even though the villa is in a lovely quiet area it is very close to the main roads. The view of the lake from the villa was also lovely and we saw lots of wild birds around there. I have been on holiday to orlando 6 times now and of all the accommodation I have stayed in this was by far the best. I hope this helps!
