4 bed 2 bath 30ft x 15ft south facing pool/spa overlooking laksleeps 8 + infant

Luxurious 4 bed, 2 bath villa with private screened south facing 30 x 15ft pool/spa which has open water views to the rear and is not overlooked either side. The villa is 5 minutes from I.4 at junction J58 just south of Disney World. The lounge has 3 leather sofas, end tables and coffee table with lamps a TV and a video/dvd player. The master bedroom and double bedroom are furnished in cherry wood and the two twin bedrooms are furnished in white wood. All bedrooms have flat screened TV's and ceilng fans The villa can sleep up to 8 plus an infant. Bridgewater Crossing is a traditional sidewalk neighbourhood with lighted landscaped roads situated next to a beautiful 45 acre lake with lakeside picnic areas, swimming pool, cabana, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts.

The villa is on one of the largest and best located conservation plots at Bridgewater Crossing in a quite cul-de sac. It is well spaced from adjacent properties providing privacy in the south facing pool/spa area, it has open water views to the rear. There is an abundance of natural wildlife.

The villa is protected with a fully integrated security alarm, smoke alarm system and internal doors leading to the swimming pool area have additional alarms.

Internal furnishings are of a high standard with ceramic tiles in all areas with the exception of the bedrooms.

The community: The Community is very pretty and is quiet and restful with plenty of lakes and beautiful landscaping. In addition there is a community swimming pool which is good for socializing, especially for the children. There is also a volley ball court, practice basket ball court and tennis courts.

Bridgewater Crossing is an ideal location fro visiting the many theme parks and Disney World is less than 15 minutes drive from the community.

Most of our bookings are from people that have stayed in our home and have returned many times.

Bridgewater Crossing is located 3 Km from the I-4 junction 58 and just 15 minutes from Disney. It is a pleasent rural location in a peacefull setting. the Community is very quiet with many pretty lakes. The villa over looks a lake with a very private pool not overlooked by other houses. The community is landscaped and has tennis courts, communal swimming pool, practice basketball court and volleyball. Guests staying in the community may use the facilities.

Golf: Bridgewater Crossing is 5 minutes from David Leadbetter/Greg Norman golf courses at Champions Gate and the new Reunion Resort. Many other golf courses are a short distance away including Highlands Reserve, all the Disney courses,Kissimmee and Kissimmee Oaks.All day packages including breakfast,lunch and golf is available at Remington Golf Club at very resonable prices.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • The cost per week is circa £500.00. Please make contact for seasonal changes. All off peak rates are negotiable.
    We require £100.00 per week to secure your dates and when the balance is due we also require a cheque for £150.00 as a returnable security deposit., this will be returned in full after a satisfactory report from the property managers. All offers will be considered for off peak bookings.
  • Pool heating is optional and only required for a few months per year.
    The pool is heated by electric.
    The charge is £90.00 per week.

Notes: Free tennis is available on two floodlit courts, situated next to a large lake and picnic area, within the community Our pool/spa is set in a large screened decked area, has open water views over natural wetlands to the rear and is well spaced and not overlooked from other properties which creates privacy. Telephones are provided in the kitchen, lounge and master bedroom. Alarm clock radios are provided in all bedrooms and an additional TV's are provided in all bedrooms. Each bathroom has a hairdryer for your use. Towels are provided for general use,pool towels are also provided. A seperate Utility Room contains the washing machine and dryer. Pool heating is available at extra cost. A basic grocery starter pack can be supplied on request.The villa is located on one of the finest plots in the community in a quite cul-de sac.

Fantastic Villa

Beautiful villa in picturesque setting. Photos didnt do it justice. Close to all amentities and an ideal distance for the disney parks. Highly recommend to anybody wishing to visit Florida. We had an amazing holiday. Alan and Hazel were very helpful with any questions and queries we had. Villa was immaculately clean and comfortable.

Brilliant villa to stay in. Exactly as described. Perfect for any number from 2 upwards. Need to have a car but lovely estate, quiet location for the perfect getaway. Great owners who dealt with all our questions :-)

Great villa

This was our first stay in this villa but as we have previously holidayed in Hazels other villas I knew what standard to expect. When you read the owners description you always wonder how realistic they are, well I can confirm that Hazel undersells hers.
The location is perfect, 5 mins to the I-4 and the supermarket etc, yet on a quiet residential estate with no other properties overlooking the rear of the villa, just a lake with all its wildlife and the enormous Lake Madison just a couple of minutes away.
If you are feeling active there is also the community tennis court and there were a couple of racquets in the garage (however they went unused during our stay!)

The villa does not feel like a holiday let but more like a home and has everything you need, including a childs high chair a push chair and 3 bikes.

You could sunbathe all day as the villa is south facing but if thats not your thing and you want to get out and about theres plenty to see and do in addition to the Disney parks. Try the Fantasy of Flight at junction 44 of the I-4 - we took a flight in a biplane and wore leather helmets and goggles, very fetching. Go and listen to the methodist church clock chime the hour in Kissimmee, not what you would expect.
Hazel regularly stays in the villas herself so if you need to know anything she is full of useful information and advice and always very helpful.

We did have a problem with a patio door lock during our stay, we called the management company and they came out the same day and replaced it, very comforting to know they are there

A great villa in a great location, we will definitely be booking again.

fantastic home

The house is in a fantastic location - really quiet but very close to parks, supermarkets, restaurants etc - so very suitable for families etc. I can't think of anything we'd have wanted that wasn't provided in any aspect of our stay. The pool area is lovely, the views are lovely and there is even a chance to see some wildlife (birds and squirrels). The house is very clean, modern and comfortable with all mod cons. Any questions or queries we had were answered either by Hazel or Jane (the manager) without delay and we found them friendly and very helpful. I'd recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay there again - in fact I wish I was still there :))
