Enjoy the view of the white sand of Crescent Beach and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico from this lovely third floor 2 bedrooms, 2 baths gulf view condo at Island House Beach Resort. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of one of the best beaches in Florida.This condo offers a view of palm trees, white sand and the turquoise waters of the Gulf not only from the lanai and the living room, but the bedrooms as well. The view is picturesque and the sunsets are magnificent. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs and a scenic beachfront courtyard with shuffleboard. Their is a large beautiful pool area, with chairs tables and umbrellas as well as a game room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. This 1300 sq. ft. condo has tile throughout and carpeting in the bedrooms.It has a king, 2 twins, sleeper. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave and many other small appliances. The dining area seats 6 people. The unit has stereo, cd, dvd, vcr and wi-fi.
