Spectacular view on Crescent Beach, Siesta Key florida. This 3rd floor unit is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy panoramic views from living room, master bedroom, guest bedroom. This unit is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1300 sq. ft. King, 2 twins, sleeper, central heat/ac. It has a large kitchen, fully equipped, dishwasher, fridge, stove, desk area. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the unit also. There is a large lanai with screen and sliding glass window so that you can relax and take in an awesome sunset daily. There is a laundry room off of the kitchen. The unit has 3 tvs, dvd, stereo, answering machine. There is also free wi-fi in the unit for your enjoyment. Come stay in unit 5 South and make your vacation your most memorable one. This unit is well maintained and well taken care of. Island House has a full length swimming pool, recreation room, pool tables, ping pong, air hockey, shuffleboard. Tennis courts are a short distance away and of course there is plenty of golfing in the area. There are also many restaurants, shops, and plenty of activities for people of all ages. We just completed a week's holiday at Yorkey's Knob with our 2 sons. The beaches are fantastic, the location is quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean and well appointed, the furnishings are not luxury type furnishings (that we were are used to), but they were new, in excellent condition, and maintained. The apartment has a large lanai to use, which we did everyday. It was like having an additional room. The residents of Yorkey's Knob are very friendly and helpful. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short drive away. We would come back again and stay at the same location. Trish also is accessible and a wealth of information. She will arrange any tour and outing to your specifications. This is one of the best places to holiday!
