Island House Beach Resort - Crescent Beach, Siesta Key. Gulf Front Unit, 3rd Floor, Panoramic Views. This luxury apartment is 1300 sq. ft. and is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, ( all appliances), screen and glass lanai. The unit has 3 tvs, dvd, vcr, stereo, free Wi-Fi in unit, washer, dryer, central heat/ac. The condo offers view of palm trees, white sand and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is picturesque and the sunsets magnificent. This attractive complex is located on the widest part of one of the best beaches in Florida. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, and a scenic beach front courtyard. There is a large heated swimming pool as well as a a recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. Covered parking. There are many shops, restaurants, galleries, golf courses, water sports in the area. Busch Gardens is 1 hour away and Disney/Epcot 21/2 hours.
