It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, 3 tvs, dvd, free wi-fi in unit, central air/heat, covered parking, screened lanai. It has a king size bed, 2 twins, sleeper sofa. All furnishings, appliances are updated on a continual basis. The unit is steps to the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room, shufflboard and a scenic beach front courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets! There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, boating, parasailing, galleries in the area. Busch Gardens/ Disney are a short driving distance.
