It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, screened lanai, central ac/heat, covered parking, 3 tvs, dvd, free wi-fi in unit!. It has a king size bed, queen/twin in guest room as well as a sleeper sofa. The unit is updated on a continual basis. It is just steps from the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico! This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room and a scenic beachfront courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets! There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, tennis, boating, parasailing, galleries in the area. Busch Gardens/Disney are within a short driving distance.
