It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, central ac/heat, 3 tvs, dvd, dedicated, non-shared wi-fi in unit, covered parking, screened lanai. It is just steps to beautiful azure and turqouise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. All furnishings, appliances are updated on a continual basis. The unit has a king size bed, 2 twins. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room, shuffleboard and a scenic beach front courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets ever! There are many shops, restaurants, fishing, golfing, tennis, boating, parasailing, galleries. Busch Gardens/Disney are a short driving distance.
