It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, screened lanai, covered parking, central ac/heat, 3 tvs, free wi-fi in unit! It has a king, 2 twins, sleeper sofa. The unit is just steps to the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully maintained complex is on the widest part of Crescent Beach. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room and a scenic beachfront courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, tennis, boating, parasailing in the area. Busch Gardens/ Disney are within a short driving distance.
