A modern, renovated home base for exploring Nashville - and a great home away from home in which to unwind at the end of the day. Our house is walking distance to the shops and restaurants of 12 South, and just a few miles from Downtown, Vanderbilt, Belmont, Lipscomb, Hillsboro Village, Edgehill and more.

This modern cottage has 3 spacious bedrooms on a single level, an open kitchen with a 12-foot island, separate laundry room, huge master bath, dedicated off-street parking, a spacious backyard with a deck and gas grill and a broad front porch perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by. There's plenty of space for everyone in your party to spread out and relax.

Whether you're in town for a weekend of Vandy football, a family wedding, a weekend away with the kids, CMA Fest, the Music City Marathon or simply to explore Nashville with your family, you'll be happy you stayed here!

Perfect House!

This home is walking distance to all 12 South has to offer! Our family stayed here for our daughters graduation from Belmont. It has EVERYTHING you need to have a fab dinner at home and very CLEAN and COMFY!

Gem of a little house near 12th Ave S.

This is a gem of a little house near 12th Ave S. We had the most comfortable stay at this property--so much so we requested to extend our stay. It snowed during our stay (January) and the house stayed toasty warm. We really enjoyed the spacious, well-equipped chef's kitchen! Lovely owner with excellent communication.

Fantastic property for whole family

We loved our stay! The location was PERFECT and so close/walkable to everything 12 South. The property is beautiful and true to the images you see here. It’s a place to stay for the whole family if you choose (if you don’t choose to bring family, this is still appropriate for any guest). We took the advice of many that stayed before us and spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying our time. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home!

The house was adorable! The location was perfect for us and we loved the front patio! There isn’t any blinds on the windows except in the bedrooms and would have liked a little more privacy at nights esp with all the large windows! Would 100% say here again!!!

We came to Nashville for a weekend getaway in the summer of 2012, and immediately fell in love with the city and its people. We started exploring neighborhoods and looking at houses the very next day, and purchased our first house that December. (Our offer was accepted the day before we got married!) We haven't regretted our (admittedly rash) decision for a second. Since we spend a lot of time away for work, we want to give others the opportunity to explore our favorite city.

The first thing that attracted us to our house is the neighborhood. 12 South is one of the most vibrant areas of Nashville, and our house is in the heart of it. Restaurants, shops, ice cream parlours, coffee joints, playgrounds and parks are all a short walk away. But the house itself is what cemented it for us - it 's a small cottage style that oozes cozy warmth, with beautiful hardwood floors and a super comfy front porch (our favorite part).

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our house is the perfect launchpad for exploring all Nashville has to offer. Not only are we located in one of the hottest areas in town, we're a short drive from downtown, East Nashville, Vandy, Belmont and music row. Even suburbs like Green Hills, Belle Meade and Franklin are close - the furthest is little more than a half an hour away. It's the perfect home base, and a perfect place to come home to after taking in the sights, a Vandy football game or one of Nashville's legendary live music shows.
