The apartment is outstanding in having bedrooms with en suite bathrooms at the back and far removed from the noise of the street. In addition, all windows are well insulated - all giving you the quiet night's rest which normally is not the case in centre of town apartments in any bustling city. This 70 m² apartment is recently completely refurbished and appears as new. Exciting floor plan and high quality wood and wrought iron furnishing and all German kitchen facilities. The colour scheme reflects the colours you expect to see on the Côte d'Azur. The decoration is highlighted by oil paintings by a female Swedish artist whose works are found in restaurants and hotels on the Riviera as well as by a Norwegian artist's ode to love. Separate air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms and the living room. Extra heavy doors secured by three bolt locks and calling from front door with remote opener. A pleasant and practical abode while in Cannes, be it on business or for leisure

Cannes is the old fishing village that over the last 150 years has been turned into the playground of the wealthy, the meeting place of the international business and cultural elite and refuge of the snowbirds from northern Europe and beyond. There is room for most activities: The Festival Palace is just 150 meters from the apartment, so are the miles of fine sandy beaches and the fancy Croisette where you see and are seen. Rue d'Antibes caters to shoppers seeking the world class names and high end products. The tennis courts are a mile away and the golf courses a further few miles. You are next door to some of the finest and most famous restaurants on the Riviera. The night clubs, discos and casinos are within a leisurely stroll.

L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione riportata sul sito, e' veramente bello, funzionale, pulito, comodo, dotato di ogni comfort e si trova in centro vicino ad ogni necessita' (spiaggia, supermercato, ristoranti, parcheggio ecc).
Inoltre e' silenzioso e fresco, anche grazie all'aria condizionata presente in ogni stanza.
L'accesso a internet e' utilissimo.
Il proprietario e le persone che consegnano le chiavi sono gentilissimi.
Lo consiglierei ai miei amici
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

This beautiful 2 nice size bedroom and 2 nice size bathroom apartment has up to date appliances. It is very close to the Palasis and town. It's in a well secured building. It quiet inside and very restful. The living area is very nice and also has a computer area with internet service. The air conditioning is great and so is the view out the window. The apartment is very clean and liveable. The owners are very nice and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again and they returned the full deposit without a problem. It is close to everything. We loved staying here and would recommend it to friends and family. We did not need a vehicle staying here.

A fab two weeks

We (my husband, 13yr old son & myself) went here in early July, and loved every minute of it. Supermarket, traiture, bakery, pharmacy and the beach are within walking distance.

Importantly, the flat exactly as described, and we were very pleased with the style, layout and facilities therein.

All in all we had a fab time and couldn't wait to return.
