(REF 040) This fabulous luxury extra large apartment has all the extras, plasma TV, white leather sofa satellite TV, DVD, fitted kitchen with microwave etc. There are fantastic sea views with sun all day and is safe for children as the apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the gardens and pools. The bedroom is fitted out with 1 double bed (190x150cm) and a single pull out bed. In the lounge 2xdouble put up beds sleeps 5 comfortably. There are patio doors both in the bedroom and the lounge. The apartment is disabled friendly. Guaranteed satisfaction here.

There is no need to drive on this holiday, situated next to you is the park, parque de la paloma, beautiful gardens for a picnic, several children's playgrounds, a little zoo, cafes, restaurants and the famous marina. Tivoli amusement world and the street market are all within walking distance.

I booked this apartment for a week's stay, travelling with my son and my parents. Initially, we were very concerned as no one was there to meet us with the keys to the apartment as previously arranged, however a couple of hours later this was resolved and the condition of the apartment more than made up for this. It was decorated and equipped to a very high standard and had all the kitchen and washing equipment as listed.

I had to pay a deposit of 200 euros before travelling and was advised this would be refunded 48 hours after my return home, this unfortunately took in the region of 3 weeks.

Benal Beach is a huge complex 1000+ apartments and can be a bit intimidating walking through the miles of corridors, however is in a great location for the beach and I'm sure the poolside would be excellent in the summer for kids.

My overall opinion therefore is that provided you are willing to accept the pain of the 'admin' of this apartment, the accomodation itself is to a very high standard and recommended for a comfortable stay.

I booked this apartment after cancelling a studio at sunny beach,what a big mistake.benal beach is like a maze too big and very noisy at night.The gardens are nice and clean and the pool area is lovely but full of locals at weekend.T he apt was clean but did not have a washing machine,dishwasher,grill,oven all of which are stated.Bathroom ok but did not have a bath as stated and the shower you could not turn round in.Also the balcony you had no sun at all and sea view was like looking though a jungle.We were meet by the owner who gave us keys to the apartment but had no safe keys which was rather odd when there was a safe in the apt.All in all might as well of stayed at sunny beach.

BENAL BEACH PERFECT LOCATION FOR BEACH

Rooms were better than we expected for the price, typical spanisg appartment. Bathroom quite old but very clean and evrything worked fine. Indoor bar open late, poolside cafe open during day. No restaurants in complex open at night in may but within very short walk of seafront and many restaurants. Pool fantastic for children. Garden area lovely for toddlers to run and good slides for older children. Plenty of shade which they don't charge for. Two minute walk to beach and lovely park with several bars. Would go again. Lovely holiday.
