The gîte is located at the foot of the Montagne Noire, in the Heart of bushy Aude region. There is an outstanding view over The Pyrénées mountains. Near at hand are convenient shops :bakery, butcher%?9s, fishmonger and you will also find all kinds of repair shops in this countryside area. There is a supermarket at 7-minute car ride. Carcassonne town centre is located 10km from the gîte making it a convenient crossing for various sightseeing and walks.
