The flat is in an ideal location on the coast of the Landes for you to discover the beauty of this area and do different activities such as walking in the forest (100 m), on the beach (100 m), surfing (official surf-spot). There is also a nearby lake (Hossegor 6km), local shops (150 m), and Spain is just down the road (40 min drive)? the only difficulty will be to choose your activity!

The flat is let on a weekly basis (minimum 1 week) from Saturday to Saturday. Entry time: 2 PM (no earlier; if you are arriving later in the day, please give notice the day before). Leaving time: 11 AM The routine checking of the flat on arrival and before leaving will be done with the owner. Please leave the flat as clean and tidy as you found it.
